The home has over 5,000 sq ft with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. This property is meant for year-round vacationers with heat and air conditioning throughout. There is a gas fireplace on the main floor, so don’t forget about winter getaways, especially your group for the Birkie! One of our most exciting features is a wraparound deck with a fully enclosed screened porch to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The bonus space above the garage has an additional area for guests to enjoy with a toy area and Nintendo Wii U gaming system for the kids.The basement is meant for entertaining! There is a large lounge area with big screen TV, as well as a kitchen and bar area with an additional TV. And don’t worry, you won’t be disconnected either.
