Depoe Bay is known as the whale watching capital of the world and smallest navigational harbor. Fogarty Creek State Park and day use area 5 min. Fishing rock state park a must to explore.. We have lots of activity brochures ( in kitchen drawer.) available for planning your activities. Downtown Depoe Bay is a tiny beach town known for having the smallest navigable harbor in the world and home to the Coast guard. Storms bring large sprays of water onto the hiway. Depoe Bay offers multiple fishing charters and whale watching excursions. Gravel path on the N side of property to access road to where you can connect to a beach trail .
