Welcome to Miller Beach! This 1950's charmer is only 2 blocks from the sugar-sand beaches of Lake Michigan! The famous Flamingo Pizza, restaurants and mini-mart are right around the corner. Our 1950's home has charm and character, with enough space for 8 (1 adult + 2 kids extra in den if needed) and a three-tiered deck to enjoy dinner and an evening campfire.Our house is a single story home with hardwood floors and low ceilings characteristic of the mid-century style. Kitchen and dining area are at the front of the house, which open up to the main living room of the home. The house continues back to the three bedrooms and single bathroom. Finally, there is a comfortable and spacious den at the back of the home with a working gas fireplace. The den has three couches that convert to beds, one large enough for an adult and the other two large enough for pre-teens. From the den you can go out to our three-story back deck that covers the backyard with a outdoor dining set and a covered seating area with television.The location is ideal for a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Miller! We are only 0.2 miles away from Sullivan Beach entrance and 0.3 miles to the Shelby St Beach entrance. Maple is a quiet, tree-lined street only one block from Flamingo Pizza and the Miller Mini Mart.Our property is a 1950 single-level home with all the charm of a mid-centry property. Updated kitchen with all amenities, full bathroom with tub and den for additional sleeping with large-screen tv and games!Our backyard has three decks! The first level has seating for morning coffee, the second level has a large table with six chairs and an umbrella.
