This downstairs basement apartment (we live upstairs, but it is completely separate and secured from our space - you may hear some noise from upstairs, but we try to be respectful) is located just minutes from downtown Cedar City (home of Utah Shakespeare Festival and SUU), and close to I-15 exit. Kid and family friendly! This is a great central location for State and National Parks (Zions: 65 miles, Bryce: 85 miles, Cedar Breaks: 27 miles), as well as Brian Head: 27 miles.Recently completed basement (approx 1900 sq ft) will be the perfect place to get away and relax. You will enjoy a master suite, with this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place, as well as a full kitchen!
