And couch in living room. Also large driveway for boat parking.Quiet Residential Neighborhood. We lived here 7 years before converting our space to a vacation rental. Neighbors are helpful and respectful. Little by little families nearby are fixing up surrounding properties. There are a few run down properties in the neighborhood, just as a heads up.
