New furniture was added in the Fall of 2020. You'll enjoy unwinding in this bright and airy room. A flat screen TV with Xfinity cable service, NETFLIX and a collection of DVDs will provide hours of entertainment. Free wifi is “Extreme Pro” service with 809 megabytes capable of 11-12 devices at one time. Bedroom #2 with another king sized bed is a beautiful space and bedroom #3 has two twin sized beds. Both have lovely shutters and spacious custom closets that make unpacking easy! Additionally, every bedroom is equipped with a flat screen television and ceiling fan. The second bathroom is right outside bedroom #2. This home is truly set up for indoor/outdoor living. The private, professionally landscaped backyard is an oasis filled with palm trees and cactus. A large side orchard with limes, grapefruit and oranges is an added treat! Enjoy the impressive mountain views from your covered patio that includes dining for 6. A sparkling pool with chaise lounges, hot tub, BBQ grill and seasonal outdoor shower complete the relaxing outdoor space.
