"Excellent overall. The room was very clean, comfortable, and attractive. Location just minutes from the airport and rental car returns. It's a little isolated, but has what looks like a solid restaurant with a surprising variety of drinks and dishes. More restaurants are about 5 minutes away, on the way is parking for a pleasant bay walk. The only real complaint is the lable/signage on the hotel is out of date, reflecting previous management, so I wasted 5 minutes driving around; hopefully this gets this taken care of soon."

"Dieses Hotel war leider enttäuschend. Es gab Moskitos im Hotel, in den Hallen und in meinem Zimmer. Die Hallen waren immer heiß. Die Etage im Zimmer hatte mehrere Farben. Die Unterkunft war am Tag voraus beantragt und sie waren nicht auf einem regelmäßigen Zeitplan. Das Bett war unkomfortabel und von geringer Qualität (wie ein motelbett). Alles im Hotel sah günstig aus. Frühstück war ok (nur ein regelmäßiges Bar-Mindest-Hotel-Frühstück). Die Aussicht auf die Bucht war großartig, aber das war ziemlich das einzige große Dinge über dieses Hotel. Sie haben einen Shuttle zum und vom Flughafen, obwohl sie eine lange Pause im Mittwoch (12-3 pm) nehmen. Und wenn sie aufnehmen oder abstürzen, haben sie nicht wirklich einen zuverlässigen Zeitplan. Was die Lage betrifft, ist es nahe am Flughafen und auch nahe einem Bushalte. Es gibt nicht viele gute Restaurants rund um. Das Personal war insgesamt ok, obwohl am ersten Tag eines von ihnen nicht scheinbar überhaupt interessiert und fragte nicht, ob ich einchecken wollte. Ich will nie wieder ins Hotel gehen, wenn ich wieder nach Kalifornien reise."

"Wir wurden durch unsere Buchung durch trip.com sehr gering gehalten. Das Frontdesk machte uns aufgrund einer Zahlungsfrage mit einem der Zimmer, die durch Trip.com reserviert wurden, über eine Stunde warten.
Nach der Entdeckung des Problems erreichten wir uns schnell bis Trip.com für Hilfe. Der Kundenservice versichert uns, dass wir einen Rückruf erhalten haben, aber leider haben wir nie einen. Außerdem war weder das Hotel-Vorderbüro besorgt über andere Einchecks, noch Trip.com auf unserem Fall verfolgt.

Das Ergebnis war, dass viele andere Hotels Leute bekam, sechs Hotels liefen, es dauerte eine halbe Stunde, die Zeit war dauerhaft, und der Fahrer musste sich um die Kosten kümmern. Es dauerte eine halbe Stunde, um einige Minuten zu fahren. Ich will ihn nicht schenken."

"I stayed here during a conference. It's close by the Hyatt and walkable to there. I wasn't familiar with the area so I didn't go out at night. I know there some restaurants nearby but area walking there at night is really dark. The hotel room was nice and comfortable. My only issue is with the doors and those people. I be hearing doors slammed closed all night and each night. No courtesy. Maybe the hotel can fix the way the doors closed. Breakfast was good. I ate breakfast there each morning. The late night snack store has limited options."

"Good hotel for a one night stay and for the price. It is pretty old and would definitely need a refresh but it was clean overall. I’ve waited more than 40mns for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport, so be patient. Plus, and like most of the hotels that are close to the airport, it is quite noisy, especially during the night (I believe that the flights stop at 11:30PM)."

NNonRevLocation was ok as we landed at SFO around 10:30pm and just needed a place to stay before our flight on the next day. But beware you might not be able to get on the first hotel shuttle if you arriving in late-evening. There were quite some of airline crews staying at the hotel so the demand for shuttle could be a bit high during late-evening, i was lucky to get on but some had to wait 15 more mins for the next shuttle.
Hotel & the room itself is a bit old, with loud squeaking sound every time i used the shower. Also seems the hotel does nickel & dime a little as they charge $4 for a small bottle of water if you are not their top tier members.
