Every bedroom has had a mini split unit installed, providing each room with heat and air-conditioning. The kitchen/living room also has a mini split unit. This system is additional to the baseboard heating system found throughout the home. This 4 bedroom and 3 bath house with private wooded yard is your perfect year round getaway. Minutes away from Sunday River resort, Mt. Abrams, Bethel center, Cross country skiing, snowmobile and ATV trails. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen mudroom, game room, hot tub, fire pit, 2 car garage and air conditioning. This is one of the only properties in Bethel that comes with garage access. Guests will be provided with a virtual garage door opener via an app during their stay. I have had two full size trucks parked inside, so it is definitely large. Keep your vehicle out of the elements. No need to clean snow off of your car before heading off to the mountain to ski. 1-2 cars can be parked in the garage, depending on the size of the vehicles.
