This property has spectacular views of barrier beach (the State and Town parks) and Michigan. Bring your paddle-board, kayak or water toys (that you can carry to the beach). Spend your days just lounging and letting go of the stress of city life. The property has a 10’ x 30’ screened in porch to enjoy a morning sunrise with a cup of coffee, take a nap, read a book, dine out on. It is a great outdoor space to enjoy free of mosquito's. The master bedroom has its own 10’ x 16’ deck with the same spectacular views. The main house has a large fireplace if you want an evening fire. Too hot but still want to enjoy a fire, gather around the fire pit just outside your door. This property is an eclectic mish mash of design styles. Enjoy a classic avocado green bathroom, galley style kitchen, bamboo floor, or barber chair. The house is currently configured to sleep 6. Unfortunately, I have to make the following statement. Recently we have had guests who have exceeded the max guests allowed. This is a direct violation of our reservation policy. As an FYI, if your number of guests exceed the max allowed you will be asked to leave and no refund will be provided. The three bedrooms consist of a total of 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The property consists of 1 ½ baths. The second level has a ½ bath and the main floor (avocado bathroom) has the full bath with a tub shower.
