Internally the house has a common room with several spaces: living, playing, reading and meals with a total view of the river and sea. It has 5 rooms of which 2 have a private bathroom. Three bedrooms have a double bed and two are single. Outside, the house has a garden in terraces, lawn with nooks to sit, meditate, read a book while the sea and the river lurk in front. There is also a space in the garden for barbecues, with a dining table under the trees. In one of the balconies there is a swimming pool, on a balcony overlooking the river and sea, with heated and totally private water.
