Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienanlage Positiv: - sehr schöne, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Suiten - sehr gute Lage - wunderschöne und weitläufige Gartenanlage - tolles Freizeit Angebot (Tennis, Paddel, Golf, Spielplatz) - gute Restaurant Auswahl, Bar mit fantastischer Aussicht Verbesserungspotenzial: - Qualität der Speisen beim Frühstück (frische Säfte, guten Yoghurt mit ＞1,5% Fett, bessere Qualität Schinken) - egg Station ist dagegen super! - bessere Verteilung der Gäste über die Restaurants beim Frühstück (teilweise muss man anstehen um einen Tisch zu bekommen!) - mehr Liegen/Schirme am Strand- Kapazität reicht oft nicht aus - Service ist gerade noch ok, sollte aber bei dieser hotelklasse eine höhere Gäste-Orientierung haben

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel. Riesen Gartenanlage mit 4 Zimmer Bungalows, statt Hochhaus. Allerdings nichts für bewegungsfaule Menschen, da man vom hintersten Bungalow bis zum Hauptkomplex ca 3-5 Minuten braucht. Traumhaft schöner Strand ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß mit kostenlosen Liegen und Schirmen. Buffetrestaurant und zusätzlich ein Grill und ein normales Restaurant mit Gängemenü. Alles inklusive. Für Buffet und Allinklusive war das Essen sehr gut und vielfältig, sodass jeder auf seine Kosten kam. Getränke waren vielfältig und gut, besonders die Cocktails. Für die gleiche Qualität bezahlt man auswärts (auch in Deutschland) locker 10 €. Und die meisten Cocktails waren inklusive. Das Personal hat einen guten Job gemacht und war immer freundlich. Besonders an der Bar. Schöner großer Pool. Massage war top. Nach Albufeira oder Vilamoura konnte man mit einem kostenlosen Shuttlebus um feste Uhrzeiten fahren oder für unter 10 € mit Uber. Das beste war aber das gesamte Animationsteam. So wurde den ganzen Tag Unterhaltung in Form von Spielen, Tanzen oder Sport angeboten. Alle waren super freundlich, lustig und haben sich mit den Gästen beschäftigt. Besonders die Shows abends waren super toll. Und es wurde auch nach den Shows zusammen mit den Gästen bis 24 Uhr getanzt. Danke an das gesamte Animationsteam. Insbesondere an Mustafa, Ibo, Richard, Tomaz. Auch an den Poolarbeiter Abdel. Ihr habt den Urlaub erst zu einem wirklich besonderen gemacht. Wir waren 11 Tage dort. Das einzige was negativ war, ist das wir 5 Tage lang Pech mit dem Wetter hatten. Es war zum Teil bewölkt und sehr windig, sodass es echt kalt wurde. Strand und Meer waren in der Zeit nicht möglich und abends musste man eine Jacke und lange Hose anziehen. Außerdem hatten wir die letzten 4 Tage Pech mit unseren Nachbarn. Die hatten ein 1 Jähriges Mädchen was um 7:30 anfing zu schreien und rum zu trampeln. Leider hat die Eltern das nicht interessiert und haben sich keine Mühe gegeben das Kind zu beruhigen oder abzulenken oder wenigstens raus zu gehen. Im Urlaub möchte man sich erholen und ausschlafen. Vielleicht Familien mit Kindern und Paare ohne Kinder separat in Bungalows einquartieren. Liebe Grüße Aaron und Phaedra Bobisch

Hatte einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt, war mit Freunden für eine Stag-Do, genossen das Frühstück hatte ich zwei Plums und zwei Hammer Sandwiches über zwei Tage, wahrscheinlich nicht half, eine ganze Nacht auf der ersten Nacht zu machen. Danke, Paul.

Sehr zu empfehlen, kostengünstig zu bleiben, die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Schöne Umgebung, gute geografische Lage, bequemer Transport, komfortable und sanitäre Räume, Servicepersonal ist sehr begeistert, Einrichtungen sind sehr menschlich, Hochgeschwindigkeitsnetzsignal ist gut, die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist gut. Das Design des kleinen Pendels des Raumes ist ebenfalls sehr charakteristisch. Checken Sie das nächste Mal ein.

Passt perfekt ... Schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick (modern, gute Größe, im 4ten Stock schöner Blick über Pinien aufs Meer), ausnahmslos sympathischer und professioneller Service, gutes bis sehr gutes Essen im Buffet Restaurant aber auch den separaten ”besseren” Restaurants, schöne Poolanlage, kurzer Spaziergang zu einem der schönsten Strände der Algarve, gutes Gym, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, etc. Ist natürlich insgesamt kein Schnäppchen, aber auf jeden Fall das Geld wert. Was würde es perfekt machen: mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstück, Liegen am Strand ein wenig lieblos und ohne Bar/Snack

Excellent resort if you take it for what it is. I have stayed in the Pine Cliffs resort 7 times now since 2016 (4 times in the Gardens). I have loved every vacation there. I have read many good and bad reviews about the resort, and I can see both sides. It’s a beautiful resort, the gardens, pool areas are kept immaculate. From the Pine Tree gardens on the top of the cliffs to the pools to the beach area, it offers plenty of variety. There are plenty of pools are very rarely did I ever feel it was too busy. I always felt everyone has plenty of space. The accommodation is superb, the hotel offers more a traditional flavor where the ocean suites and garden suites are more modern. if you have a family and don’t want the chaos of breakfast then I recommend looking at the garden suites or the ocean suites they have a nice little kitchen where you can get your own breakfast without a lot of the fuss that comes with breakfast at the hotel. Food at the resort is good albeit a little overpriced for what you get. There are plenty of Restaurants to choose from. Mirado is a must for a few drinks (and nibbles) on an evening, gorgeous views as the sun goes down. If you’re only eating at the hotel though you’re missing out. Over the road from the resort there are some cheap and cheerful eateries and a nice bar. Olhos de agua is a 15 min walk (5 min drive) and has some lovely restaurants. Then 1520 mins each way you have Vilamoura or Albufeira. We always hire a car, and it adds so much more to the holiday been able to visit a different place each night or having a day trip out. The only negatives I have found are the following, but they have never spoilt my holiday and are minor inconveniences. Also in Aug 2024 I thought service was much improved over previous years. Zest is much improved and staff far more helpful. 1 - Pools are not heated - once you in through your fine and not much of an issue Julyaugust 2 - Staff - most complaints about the resort come down to this one. It doesn’t really bother me much, and rarely have I witnessed it, but this is my take on it 2a - Some staff are helpful; some are a little less so and you feel your more of a pest than a guest (check in) ** - if you get the attention of a staff member say at a restaurant and ask for something and it’s not there set task, it’s as if you have asked for the world, you can almost see the misery in their eyes. at times I felt bad and almost said its ok its ok ill just not spend my money I don’t want to trouble you. - Update Aug 24 - Many improvements made here A+ 2c - staff in some areas seem that they have just been put there and they have no clue what they are doing there. i.e., zest. 3 - Towel cards - When you check in you get a card for each guest. This is a pain and towel cards end up been the underground currency at this resort. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) waren das erste Mal im Pine Cliffs Resort und haben uns für ein Apartment im Bereich Pine Cliffs Residence entschieden. Zunächst zum Resort: es ist äußerst gepflegt und bietet eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten, inclusive eines 9-Loch Golfplatz, 5 Tennisplätze, 1 Paddle-Platz und mehrere Pools uns Firness-Räumen. Dazu gibt es mehrere Restaurants auf der Anlage, wobei hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht immer ganz stimmt. Zum Strand geht es über Treppen oder aber sogar auch mittels Aufzug. Absolut empfehlenswert ist die ”Champagner” Bar am Abgang zum Strand: hier kann man grandiose Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Unsere Apartment war sehr großzügig ausgestattet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, einem Wohnzimmer sowie einer Küche. Gefrühstückt haben wir im Restaurant am Casa Pine Cliffs, nur ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß von unsrem Apartment entfernt. Frühstück in Buffet-Form mit vielen frischen Früchten und Front-Cooking für Omelette. Insgesamt waren wir begeistert und werden sicher wiederkommen!

Ein schönes Hotel. Sehr intelligent und sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr willkommen, freundlich und hilfsbereit gefunden. Sie machen dieses Hotel sicher, was es ist. Das Apartment war groß, sauber und ruhig. Kostenlose Safe und Pool-Towels. Das Essen war sehr gut und variiert. Liebe das Frühstück insbesondere die Omelette’s, die für Sie frisch gekocht wurden. Denke die Vielfalt von Bordspielen und Büchern, die für die Menschen verlassen, ein schönes wenig Touch zu verwenden. Wird definitiv zurück.

Great place for us to stay,we came to use there sports facilities and was perfect for us ,food was great and hotel was alway clean,and location was fantastic as we are all throwers and the throws field was around 600meters away and just a few minutes walk
