It is a three bedroom, one bath private house rental I took on the undertaking of rehabbing and designing the property myself. New stove, refrigerator, bath remodel, furniture, 50' screen TV with streaming capabilities, high-speed internet, and brand new inverter A/C. There is plenty of ventilation from the abundance of windows in the home. I have a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen ensure you are getting the cleanest and safest water. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. I’ve tried my best not to miss any details! I have a 300 gallon back up gravity water cistern. Please keep in mind that the water does frequently go out in Puntas. I have made it my job to ensure that when the city water turns off, my guests never go without water.
