"Das Hotel sieht von außen sehr schön aus. Der Wachmann am Eingang verbreitete eine brutale A**osphäre. An der Rezeption begrüßten uns nette Frauen und Männer mit einem Lächeln. Auch die Eingangshalle war luxuriös. In der Cafeteria konnte ich sehr leckeren Kaffee genießen. Ich habe auch etwas Ähnliches wie den Käsekuchen von Sweets gegessen und es hatte einen sehr reichen Geschmack. Frühstück und Abendessen gab es in Buffetform. Es gab viel Abwechslung, aber es gab nur zwei Obstsorten (Ananas und Wassermelone). Ich denke, die Kinder hätten sich über Bananen und Mangos gefreut. Das Zimmer war sonnig und hatte eine gute Aussicht. Schließlich war ich sehr enttäuscht, dass es eine ganze Weile gedauert hat, das Badewasser aufzufüllen, wahrscheinlich aufgrund des niedrigen Wasserdrucks."

However, we initially struggled to find it due to incorrect location pinning on the app, which caused some confusion. I highly recommend the owner address this issue to make it easier for future guests to locate the property.
Once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and accommodating staff, who made us feel welcome from the start. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, equipped with essential amenities such as a TV, a hot and cold shower, and a functional air conditioning unit that added to our comfort.

"I recently stayed at Hotel Galleria in Davao City. While the location is quite convenient, I feel that the overall experience could use some improvement. The hotel feels a bit dated and would definitely benefit from some renovation and repairs.
Cleanliness was also a concern — we felt the need to sanitize the room ourselves upon arrival, and there were moments we weren’t entirely comfortable with the beddings, possibly due to bed bugs or maybe I was just being overly cautious. I even had to place the blanket underneath me before settling in.
That said, I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback. With a few updates and better attention to cleanliness, the hotel has the potential to offer a much more pleasant stay."

RreginstravelsEin klassisches Hotel. Ein typisches philippinisches klassisches Hotel wie das Pryce Plaza Hotel in Cagayan de Oro und das Taal Vista in Tagaytay. Es hat viel Platz: ein Gelände mit Rasen und Garten. Es ist allerdings ein altes Hotel. Man sieht den Möbeln und der Ausstattung die Jahre an. Aber man kann dort spazieren gehen und in der Natur spazieren gehen, also ist es insgesamt ein schönes, entspannendes Hotelresort.

Although the hotel has no cafe or restaurant, the building is surrounded with McDo, Jollibee, local bakeshop and Mercury Pharmacy and SM savermore supermarket where you can buy foods. There are many options on transportation as well to go to Abreeza mal, Gaisano mall and SM Lanang. Lastly, it's also roughly 5 kms away from the airport 😍 I really recommend this hotel.

MMy Beautiful GaiaThe place is neat and clean the bed is heavenly comfortable the bedding so white and clean and the whole room itself from the fixtures of bathroom to the tiles isn’t cheap ac,hot and cold shower works perfect - maybe this is a new hotel, and there is also a pool which I have missed to look it up in the rooftop… The location is very close by to SM-lanang- though do not expect the area is upscale it’s in the neighborhood of people lives on their ordinary living
- the hotel serves only a Filipino breakfast Nothing else what’s on their list is what all you get! And it’s Not appetizing ! - the front staff are friendly and just okay but they are not so attentive to you and No idea how to give any details to help you out and about the City 😑 … Grab is your butler anyway… and SM-lanang is a big bonus to this place where you can find the eats all you want ! Lastly, Free drinking water in dispenser and free Hot water any time …

Wäre wieder aufgrund seiner Barrierefreiheit, der Nähe zum Markt Bangkerohan, der Kathedrale San Pedro und leichten Zugang zu vielen erschwinglichen Lebensmitteloptionen und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process.
While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay.
I would recommend this place.

The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay.
