I stayed at Sunway Big Box once last year and gave it a full 5-star rating — it was new, and everything was excellent. This second stay, however, fell a little short. I booked for two nights and had requested a birthday surprise in the room, but this was not fulfilled. On arrival, I was given the wrong room. Shortly after entering, I received a call from reception apologising and assuring me they would decorate the room at the next available moment. I told them they could do it the next day after housekeeping. Unfortunately, nothing happened until I checked out. A good hotel should maintain both service and facilities consistently. This time, I noticed several issues: -The iron’s cord was fraying and unsafe for use. -One of the towels was torn. -The sink drained slowly. -On the second day, housekeeping did not provide a floor mat — I had to request one. -The pillows were uncomfortable, though I appreciate that extra pillows were provided upon request. While I still enjoyed the convenience of the nearby mall and shops — limited but adequate — I feel the hotel should review its maintenance and service to ensure guests keep returning.

This is the 2nd time we stayed there. Easy check in. Everything is self service as it’s a service apartment. This place is nice and quiet. So no need to wait for lift for long. Private parking. Good view. The only set back is it’s not near to town. If have vehicle will be easy. Near to legoland. Quite near to Eco Botanic where there are lots of food, massage shops. It’s a pretty new estate.

Von 10:30 bis 5:30pm .. fuhh Obwohl wir den Tag müde sind, war es die glückliche Art von müde - Überraschend, dass meine Kinder tapfer genug, um die Rollercoaster TWICE fahren!! Dah Byr mahal kan so kita versuchen Haupt so viele Spiele wie wir können .. aber ada gak ein paar Spiele xmain verursachen dah xlarat 🤣 & sie haben auch Lego im Hotel .. die Kinder spielen mit dem Lego im Hotel weiter.. Mama byk kali warn jgn hilangkan .. sonst nanti mama kena byr RM350 für das Lego-Set 🤪 ************ .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Service is the best from the moment we call the hotel to enquire on the room until check out. Staff also proactively asked us to check if we need housekeeping and if there is anything we need during our stay. The room vibe is like 4 star hotel, and more since its has cooking utensil. Its so convinience! Also, its 5 mins walking distance from legoland. Overall its the best one we stayed so far near legoland! My kids and us love this hotel so much and will become our go to hotel when we come to legoland again. Thank you !

I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour and was impressed by the overall quality and service. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a stylish and modern design that made my stay feel both comfortable and luxurious. The staff were quite exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped bathroom. The on-site facilities, including the pool and restaurant, were great. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with a good mix of local and international options. The only slight drawback was the location — it’s a bit out of the way from major attractions and central transport links. While the area is quiet and peaceful (which I appreciated for relaxation), it may require a short taxi or ride-share to get to the main city spots. That said, if you don’t mind being a little off the beaten path, Fraser Place Puteri Harbour offers excellent value and a truly enjoyable stay. I’d definitely return for the comfort and service alone! Free parking and remember to validate TNG before checking out.

Der WiFi-Service war schrecklich/unzuverlässig. Das Personal war sehr responsiv und freundlich, aber die Lösung für die Routerprobleme war nur vorübergehend. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber, aber es gab einen Abwassergeräusch aus dem Bad drain, das unbehaglich war und wir mussten sicherstellen, dass die Badtür immer geschlossen blieb.

2st Mal reservieren Sie diese Unterkunft. Es ist ein guter, bequemer Ort zu bleiben während der Erforschung der Gegend. Frühstück ist angemessen, Zimmer sind sauber und vor allem für diejenigen auf einem Budget, es wird die Bank nicht brechen. Ich gehe mit meinen Kindern, so dass ich immer Snacks mit mir bring, weiter und kostengünstig.
