Things I like:
1. TV comes with Netflix account (rare)
2. Spacious space, kitchen, sofa is available.
3. Overall design is ok, not bad
4. Has direct access to puteri harbour front view
5. Free guarded carpark
Things I don't like:
1. The soundproof is bad, I mean really bad for such standalone suites/hotel, the road construction outside is clearly heard and annoying, the next room's sound can be clearly heard during quiet midnight.
2. It's a bit too quiet or silent, doesn't have the happening vibe like some other hotels.
3. Lift has free access to every floor, which means non-customer can easily enter your room floor and given that soundproof is bad, it adds more scary intensity
4. Breakfast options is understably limited at its cost, tastenes wise is moderate, the restaurant has fking crow because it's open concept, the crow keep staring and waiting for its chance to take table's food so it's a bit turned off

Overall is still a good hotel to stay relative to its price, if I happen to be in puteri habour I will consider to come back again.

Loved the service from front desk. Made us feel very welcomed and they always had a smile on their face. Prabha & Vicki always go the extra mile to help the guests. They were exceptionally helpful and inviting. Always cheerful that it made us feel happy to see them.
The room service staff were wonderful and efficient as well.
The only qualms we had were the variety of the breakfast buffet which were same for 2 days that we decided not to go down on our 3rd and 4th day.
Also the sink in our room toilet takes very long to drain out.
Other than that, love the facilities and the fact that the TV in rooms had a good variety of channels and programs.

We had a truly wonderful stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia from 3rd to 5th May 2025 to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The entire experience was magical for our family!
The themed room was fun, vibrant, and perfect for kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our celebration was smooth and enjoyable. Our daughter had an unforgettable birthday with lots of joy, surprises, and LEGO adventures.
Thank you, LEGOLAND Hotel, for making her special day even more memorable. We look forward to coming back again!

If you're visiting Legoland Malaysia and looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Legoland Resort, Ramada by Wyndham Meridin Johor Bahru is a solid choice. The hotel is located just a short drive from the theme park, making it convenient for families.
The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortable, offering great value for the price. We appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness of the space, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing.
One area for improvement would be the shuttle service. While the hotel does offer some transport options, it would be much more convenient if they increased the frequency or added more scheduled trips, especially during peak hours or weekends when many guests are heading to and from Legoland.
Overall, it's a great stay for families or groups looking to save a bit without compromising on comfort.

Ein ruhiges Hotel zum Lepak und weg von der Menge
Das Zimmer ist im Allgemeinen sauber und groß. Pluspunkte ist die Waschmaschine, die ich gebraucht habe, um meine Kleidung zu waschen, bevor ich zurück gehe. Zurück gehen kann Ruhe, keine Notwendigkeit waschen.
Ausstattung: Ich habe nicht Pool oder Fitness verwendet, als ich im Zimmer geblieben bin, nachdem ich aus dem Shop geh, bis ich fällt. Ich habe auch den Typ lazy zu üben, so dass ich im Zimmer Übung im Bett durch TV und Snacking.
Dienst: das Personal ist sehr nett. Sie tun ihr Bestes, um Ihnen zu helfen. Ich bitte um Hotelzimmerausstattung, und sie schicken sehr schnell Spiel le.
Lage : weit von allen besetzten Kellern und Attraktionen entfernt. Aber ich habe keine Beschwerde, friedlich von den Menschen entfernt.

Service is the best from the moment we call the hotel to enquire on the room until check out. Staff also proactively asked us to check if we need housekeeping and if there is anything we need during our stay. The room vibe is like 4 star hotel, and more since its has cooking utensil. Its so convinience! Also, its 5 mins walking distance from legoland. Overall its the best one we stayed so far near legoland! My kids and us love this hotel so much and will become our go to hotel when we come to legoland again. Thank you !

This apartment is very clean and comfortable, making it a great place to stay. The projector TV was a hit for movie nights, and the beds were thick with just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. It even includes a washer/dryer and a water dispenser with both hot and cold water. The condo features a large pool, though I didn’t get the chance to use it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat while still enjoying affordable food and shopping in JB. A must-try!

Wir hatten Verwirrung bei unserem Einchecken, aber ich mag den Kundenservice, die sie sehr schnell antworten, so dass es uns leitet, wie man auf den richtigen Ort gehen.
Es ist so schwierig, auch den Schlüssel zu bekommen, wie Sie das andere Kondominium zu überqueren, um den Schlüssel in einem Schließfach zu bekommen. Es ist so schwierig, wie es ist, Rainy. Es ist auch schwierig, wie einige Mitarbeiter nicht Englisch sprechen können.
Der ganze Ort war sauber und entspannt. Ammeneties sind zugänglich. Ich hoffe, sie setzen nur etwas Luftfrischiger in die Zimmer, so dass es gut riecht, wenn es geöffnet. Andernfalls ist es insgesamt ein toller Ort, zu bleiben ☺️ nur 5 10-15 Minuten von Legoland entfernt.

JJuneAllgemein ok. Schnell aufhören. Es war ein komfortables Schlafen. Es war sauber, aber tiefer sauber, da die Bereiche hinter den Gräben waren Staub wie unter dem Bett, als wir zusammen Betten drückten. Der Schließfach, um die Schlüsselkarte zu erhalten, muss größere sein. Alle Einrichtungen vorhanden. Gut für 5pax max. Allerdings gibt es keine Geschäfte um so müssen aus für Lieferungen, das ist ok. Planen Sie einfach voran.

GGoh Zhe LiangVery clean except the bathroom has a constant stale odour. Everything is provided for in the apartment and Sunway big box and Starbucks nearby. Shuttle service is also provided for as in picture. Lots of shophouse restaurants just across the road. 8min drive to legoland.

Would like some of the items in the room to be fixed and replace (for example sliding door knob that was broken, and worn out table). The kitchen cupboard needs to be disinfected cuz tiny insects were there.

DDiana KohLocation is right opposite Legoland. Security officers are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of apartment is decent. One of the double beds mattress had already sink downward, a little awkward to sleep on but it’s ok just for 2 nights stay. Towels were given but no toothbrushes provided though. Pls bring your own toiletries.

AAlvinOngThis is the 2nd time we stayed there. Easy check in. Everything is self service as it’s a service apartment. This place is nice and quiet. So no need to wait for lift for long. Private parking. Good view. The only set back is it’s not near to town. If have vehicle will be easy. Near to legoland. Quite near to Eco Botanic where there are lots of food, massage shops. It’s a pretty new estate.

Nothing great in this apartment to command this price. The condo feels deserted and still partially under construction. The apartment has basic cleanliness but had a noisy fan rattling in the bedroom. They offered to keep luggage during checkin but refused after checkout which something that any service provider offers it's guests.
