The restored two storey cottage is situated in a very private position, surrounded by woodland and with wonderful views particularly of Celle di Puccini, the village where Puccini was raised. 5 Minutes from shops and restaurants, less than half an hour from Lucca. Originally constructed in 1738 the cottage retains the atmosphere of a typical Tuscan farmhouse. Equipped with many modern appliances and features to ensure it is comfortable in both winter and summer alike. On the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room. Gas central heating has recently been put in. The living room is centered around a working fireplace and includes a sofa bed, TV, DVD and satellite. The first floor contains two good sized bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a double bed, both with stunning views.
