After a change of ownership in July 2023 and numerous modernizations in terms of the furnishings and equipment of the holiday home, we are now renting it out for the first time.Haus Seebrise for non-smokers is located above Lake Userin and impresses with its bright and friendly interior, which offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor you will find a light-flooded living/dining room with a comfortable seating area, a dining table and an open, fully equipped kitchenette including an induction hob and dishwasher. Entertainment and communication are not neglected, thanks to the LED television, a DAB+ HiFi system with Bluetooth connection to your smartphone and the freely accessible public WiFi network.
