For children, the surrounding leisure and fairy tale parks in Marquartstein, Oberreit and Ruhpolding as well as some adventure pools in Prien am Chiemsee or Wasserburg am Inn are of particular importance. For adults, the worth seeing medieval towns such as Kufstein, Salzburg or Wasserburg as well as extensive cycle paths (e.g. Pabst-Benedikt-Weg, Via Julia) offer enough space for recreation and culture.
