識，辦完手續，應該把客人的身份證全部歸還，發現遺留應該及時通知客人，免得客人着急，並主動送到房間。2.去三層平台想喝杯咖啡，吃個冰激凌，服務員説掃碼下單即可，誰知下單後告知都沒有！感覺很詫異，既然能下單付款，就説明有貨，反之應主動告知客人！好在後麪來了一位主管，做了解釋，並從其它地方協調了幾個冰激凌，表示感謝！3.早餐實在不能恭維，不到九點下去的，不但品種單一，基本上沒什麼可吃的了，服務員工作時間打電話，蒼蠅滿桌飛！作為高端酒店，服務有待改進……"
