酒店環境很棒，服務也很貼心。提前會有管家聯繫，加微信，房間很趕緊去。迷你bar裏面的飲料都可以喝，房間裏面也沒有其他收費的項目。晚上可以去酒水吧喝兩杯，不想去的話也可以讓送到房間裏。酒店距離温泉差不多200米的距離，需要温泉接送的話，微信和管家説就好。酒店餐廳平台，可以直接看到濕地。麓泉温泉中心室外環境不錯，室內有種花鳥魚市的感覺，洗浴室一次性毛巾隨地都是，自助的話不叫自助，需要排隊拿（讓我想起了食堂排隊打飯的時候），也沒有工作人員維持秩序，七點半開餐，很多並不需要現場製作的東西，也沒有做好。温泉結賬的時候衹有一個人，前面衹有一個結賬的，差不多就等了六七分鐘。和酒店比，服務差的不是一點半點。夏天來的話，酒店景色應該會更好。

Als ich zum ersten Mal in Wendy fand, war es wirklich eine sehr wertvolle Unterkunft. Jedes Bett mit Doppelbett ist 1.5 Meter. Das kleine Hofumfeld ist schön und sauber und dekoriert und ist ein ausgezeichnetes Gefühl für Gäste und Zuflucht. Die Restaurant-Restaurant-Restauranten sind lecker und die Gerichte im Land sind zuerst sehr frisch. Der Gewissensleiter kommt nächstes Mal wieder!

從賽里木湖北門出來到這個酒店40公里，沿路風景真的很美，藍天白雲，真的很解壓，從網上訂的這個酒店一百多，抱着試試的心態，沒想到真的沒有讓我失望，這個價位，酒店設施齊全，停車位也充足，主要是環境我也非常滿意，房間設施，床品都很新，房間裏面有提供免費的礦泉水，因為帶的有孩子，想增加一個枕頭給前台哈薩克族小姐姐打電話，前台立馬就送上來了，還附帶着增加一個人拖鞋和牙刷都一塊送過來了，的服務真的很快很好很周到。 總結：這個酒店環境乾淨，客房設施齊全，客房裡麪暖氣非常熱，前台小姐姐服務態度好，還有洗衣房，遇到問題能及時處理，對於這個價位來説這個酒店做的非常不錯了
