先説優點前台夜晚值班的服務員服務態度好，回答並解決了幾個問題，缺點，出行前白天值班人員問了很多問題，回答較不起清晰，入山要提前登記車牌，門崗問話死板，也可能被騙太多，但作為住客體驗感不友好，整體酒店冬天配套不足，跟收費不相符檔次，就個大堂，奇趣蛋書屋冬天空調上床熱下床冷，房型也非常小，冬天沒啥玩的，完全不建議冬天遊玩。
