"豪華房的房間是真的很大，而且小孩穿襪子在房間跑來跑去，居然都不是很臟，稍微搓搓都能洗掉。當然也會有衞生死角，比如陽台或者被盤子遮住的地方，但是總體來説還是不錯的。房間有冷鮮櫃，放點飲料酸奶剛好，因為人多，沒有安排成臨近的房間，前台胡蝶幫忙把房間都調到了同一層，還是很感謝！晚上的煙花音樂節很不錯，小孩子玩得很開心！"

GGastnutzerDas erste Mal, dass ich hier bin, fühle ich mich sehr gut, der Service ist aufmerksam und die Hygiene ist sehr sauber. Das beeindruckendste ist, dass einige kleine Details vorliegen. Das Zimmer hat einmalige Augenbrauen, einmalige Waschbecken, und einmalige Pferdeschneider, Nasenmilch und Haarpflegemittel. Der Chef ist wirklich sehr behutsam, Ich muss etwas am Rezeptor anrufen und es ist sehr rechtzeitig. Das nächste Mal, wenn ich wieder in Hong Lake zurückkomme, wählen Sie hier.

服務：出門時特意跟前台反映了，前台説會讓師傅去檢修，特意説明如果有問題或者是問題不能及時修好麻煩給我換一個房間！結果晚上回來家人去洗澡，一樣漏水，根本就沒有解決！
説帶了小朋友想加一床被子，第一個晚上前台男士給我報了一床被子來，是乾淨的沒有異味，服務這一欄唯一的一顆星是給他的，第二天找服務員要被子時，要我找領班，領班大姐態度極其不好，找來找去找了一床未套好床單的臟被子（一股濃濃的腳臭味，我非常有理由懷疑這被子是酒店走廊角落換下來的臟被子且未套被套，非常過分了），第三天回到房間，衞生沒有打掃，詢問保潔，説要跟前台説，默認續住的房間酒店不打掃衞生這是什麼邏輯？大幾百的房費是用來給你們偷懶的？還有，兩間房住了三晚，住宿體驗非常的差啊，頭一次給酒店差評啊，這房價比國際大酒店也差不了多少啊，圖個離親戚家近在這連住幾晚，真太讓我失望了！希望酒店管理人員能看到這條評價，非常的差啊！

She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter.
It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.

GGastnutzerSehr gute Freunde drücken Sie ja 👭🏻 Eine Brücke reisen, Parken ist sehr bequem, Untergeschoss super, Long Street ist gut und Spaß, die Landschaft am anderen Ende des Flusses ist ruhig und die Zimmer sind groß, die Kinder laufen und springen können auch spielen, der Stockservice ist sehr rechtzeitig für die Reserve von 3 Minuten gesendet, Es gibt auch kleine Huang-Slips, die Kinder mögen. Es ist nett, die Atmosphäre im Freizeitbereich im ersten Stock zu vergleichen. Nächstes Mal muss ich ruhig sitzen und einen Tee trinken 😃 Gesamterlebnis OK, nehmen Sie A im Hong Lake Hotel mit... Nächstes Mal werde ich wieder ～
