AAnonymer Benutzer住了2晚，很不錯的入住體驗！設施設備都比較嶄新，服務也很好！喝酒回來，第二天房間嗚呼哀哉的，以為要被扣按金的，如果人家扣了我們也沒啥説的，畢竟搞得蠻臟的。但是服務員大姐人很好，幫打掃得乾乾淨淨的，床單也換了新的，也沒有扣我按金。第二天正好的端午節，還給送了果盤和粽子。

PpennyjackAn sich war alles gut. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass man für den Weg zu den Zimmern stets einen Shuttlebus braucht, von denen es leider zu wenige gab. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, muss man dieses auf einem ausgewiesenen Parkplatz abstellen und von dort den Shuttle zur Hotellobby nehmen. Wir haben einmal 15 Minuten gewartet, um vom Zimmer zur Lobby zu kommen. Am selben Nachmittag warteten wir vor dem Abendessen sogar eine halbe Stunde auf ein Fahrzeug. Das führte dazu, dass das Hotelbuffet, das um 20:30 Uhr endete, kaum noch etwas zu bieten hatte, als wir um 19:40 Uhr ankamen (wir wollten eigentlich um 19:00 Uhr essen). Fast alle Speisen waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt vergriffen. Dies war wirklich der einzige größere Makel. Nach unserer Beschwerde hat uns das Hotel zwar mit einem Gericht entschädigt, aber es ging uns nicht um eine Entschädigung. Ein vom Hotel selbst organisierter Service wie der Shuttle sollte einfach reibungslos funktionieren. Der Hotelservice war insgesamt dennoch sehr gut. Besonders die Servicekraft namens He war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

SS H LThis is my first time visiting Bama and was quite apprehensive about negotiating the transfer of high speed trains from Chaoshan to Nanningdong and onward to Baise after a night at Nanningdong Railway Station. The hotel's lady boss directed me how to bus from Baise to her hotel. She also gave clear information for me to provide to the bus driver on where to drop. I was surprised she was waiting for me when I got off the bus. I being a 70+ years old person, she even helped me to load my luggage on her car. She also helped me to book a car late at night for my next day trip to Sanmenhai and Crystal Palace. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and would have extended my stay if I have not booked hotel for my next stop. She also helped me to book the return bus ticket and fetched me to the bus pick-up point at 8 am. She also refused to accept payment for fetching me to and from the bus drop off/pick-up point insisting this is part of the hotel's service. I thanked the lady boss for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. I will stay here again should I visit Bama again. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Die Rezeption, Xiao-Yuan war warm und freundlich für unsere Eincheckung. Als Zigarettengeräuche ins Zimmer über Nacht aus der Belüftung ausgebreitet wurden, riskierte sie den Zorn ihres Managers und erhielt die Erlaubnis, uns in einen anderen Stock zu wechseln, den wir sehr schätzen. Das Hotel war unser 5. Hotel in Guangxi und das Frühstück war das beste bislang.

MM516089****第一次來，工作人員很親切，酒店不是傳統的那種酒店，是在小區裏面，進出有觀光車接送，送我入住的小欣，服務態度很好，街邊的環境比較差，人流量很多的，進到小區感覺不一樣了，這邊空氣比較好，可能是小區綠化做得非常不錯，房間衞生也比較乾淨，晚上還有瑤葯足療，這家酒店是當地最好的酒店了，吃完飯自己散散步很不錯，可惜這次來的時間比較短，下次過來一定住的時間長一些，推薦入住。
