早餐很豐盛味道也很好，但是服務員態度一般，看到服務員在掃地上散落的幾塊水果，然後一直在吐槽説小朋友好討嫌最討厭，肯定是小朋友弄掉之類的，如果不是遛娃估計來黃石玩的人也不會很多吧？我們剛吃完還在等小朋友吃，服務員就催讓我們去外面大廳等，好嫌棄的説我們吃完還佔位置搞的別人都沒地方坐，但是我們周邊都是沒收拾的空座，十幾個是有的，而且當時並沒有新進來人，這服務體驗就大打折扣了。"

"這是一次糟心的入住體驗，全程很無奈、很憤慨。
8月5日下午5點左右我們通過平台預訂了一個雙床房，打算帶兩個孩子第二天到對面恐龍奇域玩。
全酒店居然沒有有早餐的房型，周邊看了下吃東西還真不方便。入住時前台小哥友好的換了所謂湖景房，上去看了衹能是透過對面工地看到一片小水面的湖景。辦理完入住帶孩子出去吃了東西遊了下磁湖綠道湖景，10點多返回酒店洗澡休息，對面的工地施工渣土車一輛輛震耳欲聾，窗户根本不隔音，無法入睡，苦熬半天實在堅持不了，小孩情緒也搞得很差。下去前台要求換房在電梯裏偶遇其他住客，才知另一朝向的房間同樣難逃噪音折磨——樓下有人唱卡拉OK。前台小姐姐態度倒是很好，但是説無換房權限，也聯繫不上經理，給了我電話讓加微信聯繫處理也聯繫不上，乾耗一會也很無奈，返回房間。也沒辦法睡，遊玩興致全無，衹能半夜12點多鐘我們開車帶着2個孩子返回武漢，到家轉鍾2點多了。第二天上午通過微信聯繫，無人應答；轉而通過攜程撥通酒店電話，接電話的是另一位前台，態度冷硬得像塊冰。我説明情況，她卻一口咬定”入住超過8小時，房費不退”。在我反覆要求下，她才不情不願地説”去請示主管”，之後的電話便徹底無法接通。直到上午10點半，打了三四通電話才再次聯繫上她，態度依舊惡劣，給出的解決方案更是荒唐至極：”你微信轉我7小時房費（約350元），我再從攜程退你房費。”此後便再無音訊，真是無語。
這樣的服務，這樣的處理方式，實在配不上”格蘭雲天”四個字。給這樣的酒店打差評，不為別的，衹為讓更多人看清真相，免遭其害！"
