民宿老闆説是今年夏天剛開業的，請設計師專門設計的民宿，感覺是周邊最好的民宿了。離海防博物館和鹿欄晴沙都很近，這兩個地方和鹿欄晴沙旁邊小沙灘都可以看日出，但是要提前看好天氣。鹿欄晴沙八點半開門，但是看日出的時候看到沙灘上有人，不知道他們怎麼進去的。老闆説鹿欄晴沙可以憑房卡打折，但我們走的時候才決定去，就沒用。老闆還可以聯繫出海捕魚，還有釣魚工具，海岬公園可以抓螃蟹，但是這些都要主動問老闆才行，老闆不太會主動推薦，哈哈哈哈。老闆之前是幹餐飲的，所以他們家吃飯也不錯，需要吃什麼可以提前加微信和老闆説讓他提前買菜。也可以告訴預算讓老闆安排。地下室是餐廳，有包廂、投影、移動話筒。樓上房間沒有看，我們住的是一樓初心，設施超好，進門刷卡自動亮燈開窗簾，有冰箱，衞浴都是toto，馬桶也是智能的，吹風機也是挺好的，另外別的酒店給水，他們還準備兩瓶咖啡，特別是我們走的時候老闆還説帶兩瓶水路上喝，太熱情了。泳池每天都換一部分水，小朋友玩的不想上岸。老闆説趕着夏天開業，還有户外場地沒有完全弄好，還有停車場也是來不及整了，弄好了就更好了。稍稍不足的就是初心的房間有點小，還有早餐沒那麼豐富，總體還是很滿意的。對了，老闆老丈人很熱情，嗓門很大，小朋友下水和他説一下，他會在旁邊盯着。如果像我們一樣看完日出回來補覺一定提前交代一聲。我們房間門口就是前台，不怎麼隔音，哈哈哈哈。鹿欄晴沙真的很大，一定注意防曬，漲潮很快，天幕退了四次，結束後可以在沙灘裏面的廁所沖洗，付款寶掃碼一元一分鐘，基本夠洗了，不過是冷水，旁邊有更衣室。如果你有水桶可以在廁所接水出來洗，阿姨不給在水池洗，廁所很乾凈，沒用異味。園區大門口十元一次，在裏面可以洗十分鐘。

民宿在衢山島漲網套村內，距離沙龍沙灘非常近，下到沙灘不超過五分鐘，是帶孩子趕海，沙灘戲水的上選，由於沙灘正東朝向開闊無遮無擋，早上從民宿去沙灘可以看到很壯觀的日出。從民宿開車去往島上的主要景點都挺方便（風車景觀平台15分鐘左右、涼峙村（沿山棧道相當不錯）十分鐘左右、鎮中心/觀音山20分鐘左右），步行探索附近的漁家村社碼頭也相當有趣！ 預訂之前對比了島上其他住宿選擇，民宿的房間面積屬於最大的那一類，設施也是相對好的，今年新裝修的（功能設定上可以感受到老闆的用心），比如淋浴可以數顯温度，房內的投影儀可以看點視頻，紙巾、洗護用品、牙刷的品質都蠻不錯。價格不是最便宜的（因為沒有那麼商業化，島上整體就不便宜，且住宿條件相對價格來説一般）但是蔓島的設施面積品質對比價格來説性價比不錯。民宿應該有6間房，陳設面積各不相同；本次住的201是大床房，有一整面的落地窗門窗（可推開），優勢是有一個露台，有户外桌椅，但沒有直麪大海景觀（被前方房子擋住）；估計三樓的複式房間有一些直接的海景； 民宿在村口有一小間房，用作早晚餐及咖啡店使用（老闆會調咖啡哦），早餐味道不錯；可以提前一天向老闆預訂餐飲（目前是150r一人標準），口味還不錯，建議如果對菜品有什麼要求可提前告知老闆；晚上，將桌椅拉到露天面朝大海用餐還是很愜意的👍 老闆很熱情也很健談，與我們聊了很多島上的歷史、人文等情況；會盡力滿足客人的需求，交談中也能感受到對民宿的很多想法，希望繼續加油越辦越好！ 整體是比較舒心的一次旅行體驗，值得推薦👍！
