"我們家庭出遊房間硬件設施需要完善，很多衣架沒有掛的地方，電視不能看，電話沒有需要的話還要跑去一層前台，前台小姐姐很熱情。衞生就差了些第一天晚上我們一家人10：45抵達酒店，入住後發現枕頭上有污漬想着很晚了就沒有反應，第二天早上第一時間就告知前台給換床品和枕頭，結果我們出去一整天晚上回來都沒有換，前台説客房經理會給解釋，結果等到我們退房都沒有等到解釋結果。"

"非常好的賓館，給這次磁縣之行增添了不少亮色。賓館位置優越，交通便利，離京港澳高速出口不遠，門前有很大的停車場🅿️雖然在鬧市區中，但是房間卻很安靜，晚上休息很不錯，對遠途旅行非常友好。房間較大，設施齊全，乾淨整潔，手辦、香包、迎賓水果疏解了旅途的疲憊。房間安靜，隔音效果不錯，也沒有什麼異味。空調給力，沒有什麼噪音。陽台有晾衣繩，夏天的汗衫可以洗洗掛上晾乾。免費贈送了碳酸飲料和礦泉水，酸棗茶很有特色，感覺喝了可以催眠。樓下的餐廳很好，磁州宴有特色，中午特意回來吃了午飯。早餐比較豐盛，都是磁縣特色小吃。感覺這個賓館很好，又續住了一晚。"

"來到磁州旅遊，看了附近的很多酒店，感覺檔次都差不多，所以就選擇了這家離客車站相對較近，出行較為方便的一家門店
入住之後感覺還是有一些驚喜的，首先是房間的衞生很讓人滿意，雖然是特價房，而且沒有窗户，但是房間的衞生無論是衞生間還是床上用品，不是對得起這個價格
其次就是前台的服務了，入住的時候發現房間裏面有一個燈有點問題，立刻給調換了房間，在退房的時候，因為在外面沒有辦法回來又幫我延遲了一下，2:00退房還能延遲，真的很好，雖然我也就晚了5分鐘，但是這種處理事情的態度值得表揚
第3個就是在這邊租了一個自行車，他們也很大方的讓我把車推到了房間，在磁州好好的騎行了一天
最後也是想給酒店提一點建議吧，如果能夠做上早餐就更好了，畢竟還有餐廳還有會議室，可能是因為現在遊客較少的原因"
