Die Einstellung des Gastbediensteten auf der Rezeption ist problematisch, als ob ich gerne mit dem Gast überhaupt sprechen wollte. Meine Bestellung war drei Nächte geblieben. Meine Bestellung war später bei Trip.com abgelaufen. Die Rückzahlung wurde auch erhalten. Aber der Servicebedienstete fragte nicht ausführlich, und ich sagte mir direkt, dass ich ein Nachtzimmer abgeschlossen habe. Ich sollte die Reservierung vollständig stornieren.
