GGastnutzerThe boss was exceptionally kind to the people he was hosting. We did not purchase breakfast and he gave it to us free. We wanted some recommendations in the area and he helped us book it at a discount!! They even picked us up from the airport. They also give you a fruit and snacks platter daily with very tasty, specialty fruits! The breakfast lady is very nice and welcoming. They offer drinks all day as well including some soft drinks like coke and sprite. Coffee, soymilk, pea porridge, crossing bridge noodles (Mixian or Ersi) side dishes and condiments to put into the noodles. They also have flavored boiled eggs and boiled eggs. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with a nice layout and provided slippers, clean towels daily, comfortable bed.
Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in Tengchong!

Ein besonderes Tauben-up an den Besitzer, um uns zu helfen, ein heißes Frühlingspaket zu einem ermäßigten Preis zu buchen, war großartig für Geld. Wir erhielten auch ein kleines Geschenk zum Abschied, das war ein schöner Touch.
Die einzige negative Erfahrung und die größte Nachteilslage waren jedoch das instabile heißes Wasser in der Dusche. Im Winter kehrte das heiße Wasser plötzlich durch eine Dusche kalt. Obwohl der Besitzer rasch reagierte und den Wasserdruck angepasst hat, wurde die Temperatur später wieder unstable, plötzlich extrem heiß und fast heiß. Wir hoffen, dass dies in Zukunft verbessert werden kann, um den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler zu machen.

I sent emails to Nuangui via trip.com on 24 Nov and 30 Nov to arrange for complimentary pick up. I got no reply to my 2 emails.
I telephoned Nuangui via trip.com on 1 Dec before flying out to TengChong, a lady answered the phone, she insisted she didn't receive my 2 emails, but promised to arrange pick up.
When we arrived in TengChong we were picked up and dropped off at the entrance of HeShun and given a gps map sharing location and told to find our own way to the minsu after eating because their staff/boss refused to meet and greet us at the HeShun entrance. At the time it was around 9.30pm.
Despite the gps map sharing, we spent a long time walking around dark, narrow, quiet streets of HeShun looking for something to eat and then later the minsu location. In the end we couldn't find the minsu. There was no one around to ask for durections and it was quite dark and very cold. By around 11.15pm we finally gave up looking and called the minsu to come and find us and take us to the minsu. They only answered after a few minutes of calling. It was lucky we insisted on calling, we would never have found the minsu by ourselves.
The minsu itself was great, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient (when u know where it is and how to get there).
The minsu staff took our luggage all the way, from the airport to the minsu, which was very helpful, I wouldn't have made it to the minsu if I had to carry my own luggage because a lot of the HsShun streets are uneven, uphill and many steps.
The only hic up was the bath, originally we thought it wasn't working because there was no hot water coming out from the hot water tap. After 3 nights of stay, we later found out that the taps were installed incorrectly, C water tap meant hot water and the other way round.
Also, even though staying in minsu in HeShun, you still have to pay entrance tickets, that wasn't pointed out on the minsu details.

MMi_HaWe could see the effort of the hotel team to serve their guests very well, staff was attentive and accommodating.
Kind of compact room but efficient, very clean with no bad odors, shower with great water pressure, we had a relaxing bath after a tiring trip, and had a good rest. Without a doubt, I would return to this hotel.
I will mention 2 points that perhaps went unnoticed by those responsible, with the intention of contributing to getting even better and surely not as a criticism, even so because we were really satisfied with the hotel.
1. The bath towels had a little bit of bad odor, giving the impression that they are not washed professionally or at least washed with disinfectant products, also the white color of the towels already had somewhat grimy colors.
2. grout from the sink and shower box, had a little of mold, which can be removed using products such as bleach water when cleaning.

Der Empfänger sagte: ”Sie hatten keine Transportmittel”, um mich zu holen, bat mich zu gehen. Als ich ihr freundlich gesagt habe, dass ich eine Person aus einem anderen Land komme (obwohl ich Chinesisch sprechen kann), Ich trug auch eine 20 kg Tasche und einen Rückenbeutel, sie sagte: ”Es wird alles gut sein, weil Sie auf dem Berge gehen werden.” Das war eine sehr brutale und überraschende Antwort.
