Gorgeous views of the valley and a walk in wardrobe.Bedroom 2 is setup with 2 bunk beds. The first is a single over double size bed. The second is a single set of bunks.Bedroom 3 has a double bed and gorgeous views of the valley.2 Showers, 2 toilets and 1 bathtub.A traditional cottage, built with red cedar and brick. A stunning fireplace greets you in the main living area, perfect for relaxing evenings.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and a dishwasher to clean it all up. We don't have a traditional oven however there is a microwave convection oven. Dogs of all sizes are welcome and will enjoy the outdoor area which has both sunny and shaded spaces. Please note, the entire property is not fenced, we recommend taking your pet out on a lead. We have one extra large dog bed available for use as well as 2 food/water bowls. There is also leads available. Dogs are welcome inside, we just ask that you please keep them off the furniture. A high chair and portacot are available if required and there is plenty of space in the master bedroom for the portacot to be setup. Babies using the portacot are welcome in addition to the 8 person occupancy.Berridale is located centrally between Cooma and Jindabyne. From our property its 35min each way to both. Just on an hour to Perisher or Thredbo.Our property is extensive and walking the property is an enjoyment even for novice walkers. We have 5 dams on the property, in summer 2 are especially good for swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking.
