Enjoy some time outside on the deck area and cook on the gas grill if you’d like. There is a private pool for townhouse owners and guests. Whether you're coming for business, wedding, family time, or a romantic getaway - you're going to love it! OWNER MANAGED AND PRIVATELY OWNED TOWNHOUSE! We have a fully equipped and stocked kitchen so you will have no problem preparing your own meals while you're here. Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee out on the deck (we provide a few k-cups for your stay but feel free to bring your favorites with you). In the living room there is a comfortable couch and the dining area seats 6-8 comfortably. The bathrooms are stocked with resort quality towels and all standard amenities including hair dryers. We have flat-screen internet ready televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. There is also free high-speed internet access (password provided). We have a washer and dryer in the unit including detergent and fabric softener.You will have access to the private pool that is for townhouse owners/guests only. This is located near our unit. It is rarely used - so it's practically private. You will love the fact that you can bring your own food and drinks into this pool area (no glass please). STAIRS: There are stairs outside of the unit to access both the front and back door. If you have trouble using stairs this might be an issue. Please contact us before booking to discuss this.
