Unser Familienausflug macht Halt in Miri. Mein erster Aufenthalt in diesem Imperial und es war großartig! Ich habe ein sehr bequemes Bett und die Zimmerausstattung war großartig. Meine Kinder waren gerne hier und würden gerne noch einen Tag länger bleiben. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Genau die richtige Zeit, wenn es in der Lobby einen Löwentanz gibt.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making check-in and any requests hassle-free. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and convenient for exploring the area. Overall, a fantastic experience I would recommend!

Das Zimmer ist im Allgemeinen nicht hygienisch, also vergessen Sie es. Sie fragten mich nach der Steuer von MYR **** und sagten, dass der Bahnsteig sie bereits abgezogen habe und bestand darauf, die Plattform zu kontaktieren, was die Quittungen betrifft, und tat so, als ob ich sie nicht verstehe, und machte sogar Screenshots der Quittungen, um sie speziell an sie zu senden *** an den Kunden auf der Plattform, wird es nicht an das Hotel gesendet? Der Müllservice ist so nervig. Wie kann man in diesem kleinen Ort mit diesem Service und diesem Preis überleben? Alle Steuern und Gebühren werden bei der Buchung auf Ctrip abgezogen. Warum reservieren Sie online? 😑 Diese Art von Service kostet mehr als 200 RMB pro Tag, der Gestank ist überwältigend, die Bettwäsche und Kissenbezüge sind alle gelb Ich war zu faul, um umzuziehen. Die nächsten zwei Tage habe ich immer wieder Ausländer gejagt. Grabe ein Loch für das Geld und gehe hinein. Du hast es bereits an den Bahnsteig gezahlt und du bist immer noch hinter uns her. **, das ist eine Frage des Prinzips. Staying for 3 days and 2 nights at the hotel. Everything is good especially the room due to the deluxe room being full & upgraded to a premier room 😍😊
But the bad thing is, the receptionist is kinda gloomy & unwilling to solve the problem. On the first night staying, i still didn't sleep & forgot to lock the door. Luckily the door guard is intact, and i heard someone trying to open the door. The next morning, I requested to see CCTV footage to know who the one opening our door room was. But the receptionist said, ”oh we wrongly gave the room key last night to the guest”.. that's not the answer to what we want.. that means the hotel is not secure at all for a guest to stay.
On the 2nd day, i already set the button for the make up room, but no housekeeping doing make up room after back from Bazaar Gawai late night.. and i ask the receptionist and they answer ”Oh, we fully book & need to clean the room ASAP & didn't do make up room” 😅 is that an excuse not to do make up room??
All the time I'm going to the receptionist, the same receptionist is not smiling at all 😅😅
For the facility, everything is good but no phone in the room 🤣 so it's hard to reach reception or housekeeping.

The best place to stay in Miri. Definitely no doubt about it. The standard room type was clean with a panoramic view, facing the south China Sea. The bathroom showers very good and so powerful. The bed was soft and clean. Except for the pillows. I should have changed to a soft one.
However, the morning breakfast was superbly delicious and we enjoy it every moment especially the nasi goreng.

Ich habe vor kurzem für eine Nacht im Kingwood Boutique Hotel geblieben und hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, war das Personal unglaublich willkommen und professionell. Der Eincheckprozess war reibungslos, und ich wurde von der heißen Gastfreundschaft beeindruckt.
Das Zimmer war sauber und für eine Geschäftsreise geeignet. Das Hausbetreuungsteam hat eine ausgezeichnete Arbeit gemacht, um die Reinigung während meines Aufenthalts zu erhalten.
Das Hotel war ideal, mit einfachem Zugang zu jedem Einkaufszentrum.
Insgesamt hatte ich einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und würde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Miri sicher wieder auswählen.

Thank you to the front desk staffs. They were very helpful, professional with high working spirit. Hotel location is perfect. You can’t get lost anywhere in Miri because it is not only centrally located and the hotel can be seen at every angle you go. Beddings were great but only lack of amenities for the bathroom. Although it was a holiday season (Gawai) that time everyone tried their best to make everyone staying at the hotel as comfortable as possible. Thumbs up for them. Breakfast was ok. Just wish there were more varieties of bread and fresh vegetables at the salad corner. Other than that it was an awesome stay for us. Thank you.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage es ist bequem von vielen Essen umgeben, so dass es einfach zu jeder Zeit zu essen. Das Zimmer selbst ist ziemlich geräumig, was eine angenehme Überraschung war.
Die allgemeine Instandhaltung des Hotels erfordert jedoch eine erhebliche Verbesserung. Der Hauptgehäuse im Halle hatte einen starken unbehaglichen Geruch, und die Fenster sahen aus, als seien sie nicht in einer Weile gereinigt worden. Innerhalb des Zimmers waren sowohl das Stock- als auch das Badezimmer bemerkenswert schmutzig, was unser Komfort während des Aufenthalts beeinflusst.
Mit einer besseren Reinigung und Wartung hat dieser Ort das Potenzial, viel besser zu sein.

The hotel is located at a convenient location, at the center of Miri city. We got the street view room which comes with some problems. It can become noisy at night as the road in-front is very busy. On the first night I could not really can a good sleep due to the noise but subsequent nights I used ear plugs which solves all the problem.
The hotel provides free parking to it's guests, there are only about 10 open-air car lots in-front of the hotel if there are no available slots the staff allowed us to park beside the building. There is a cafe right beside the lobby of the hotel and many restaurants within walking distance around the hotel. It is not recommended to park outside the hotel building zone as you might get fined.
Wifi was bad at the level that I was staying at, my mobile data has better connection haha. The room was really spacious and the TV has hdmi plug so we just played our own media in it. Overall it was a good experience given the price per night.

The location is strategic and it is walkable. Lots of restaurants nearby and even there is the hotel's restaurant. The foods are delicious 😋 Next time, i will come to this hotel again! I hope the hotels can be improved again especially the smell of the toilet, a bit smell fishy but still durable !

NNorashikin KhamisIch war der Rezeption wirklich dankbar, dass sie sich meinen Wunsch angehört hat, das Zimmer schöner zu machen, und sie haben sogar eine Geburtstagskarte für meinen besten Freund geschrieben. Ich weiß die Mühe wirklich zu schätzen!!!! Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass sie mir zuhören würden, aber ich bin froh, dass sie es getan haben. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen, vielleicht buche ich das nächste Mal eine Suite. Das Deluxe-Zimmer ist mir ein bisschen zu klein.

CCoughfeeThe location itself is very close to the airport. This is perfect who for those who need to catch up with early flight or to have a quick rest after long flight. Although it is near to the airport, suprisingly it is not noisy. You can hardly hear the plane take off or landing noise. For meal, it is located at strategic location where food can be easily reachable by Grab or other food delivery app. The hotel is very clean, quiet and equipped with facilities such as long swimming pool, sauna, gym, common areas, self service laundry and plenty of vending machines. I was lucky enough to be upgraded from superior king room to apartment one bed room. It was totally free due to the hotel overbooked.
Overall it was a great experience and I recommend for this hotel

Aazz412Checked in at 4pm but the rooms was not ready, thus i got a free upgrade to the next category room. Ocean view room offers a majestic view. The room was clean and spotless and no noise can be heard from outside. Bath tub overlooking the ocean. The only downfall is there is no carpet thus the floor can be cold when u walk barefoot.

The sofa is dirty and smelly and my body itched when I sat on it. There were 5 pillows only for the 3 of us The aircon in one of the rooms was not cold and I reported it to the front desk staff for someone to service it. Unfortunately, it was still the same and so we had to bear with it for our 3 night stay. Not sure if anything was done about it.

Set back is the Hotel WiFi in room drop-off frequently (very unstable).. Check with Front Desk.. inform that WiFi under maintenance and servicing but didn’t see any workers around..
Book and confirm with 2 nights stay at this Hotel but abandon the 2nd night and move to nearby newly opened Hotel..
