We recently stayed at Ixora Hotel Penang and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Their hospitality was top-notch, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit.
We stayed in the King’s Room, which was ideal for us. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed for comfort and relaxation. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities made our stay feel luxurious. It was the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The variety was amazing—there were so many delicious options to choose from! Whether we were in the mood for local dishes or classic Western breakfast items, everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. It was a treat to start our mornings with such a delightful spread.
The hotel’s amenities also added to our experience. From the well-maintained facilities to the inviting atmosphere, everything was thoughtfully curated. The location of the hotel is super convenient too, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions and enjoy Penang’s vibrant culture.
Overall, our stay at Ixora Hotel Penang was unforgettable. The combination of excellent service, a cozy and romantic room, delicious food, and great amenities made it a perfect getaway for us. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang and can’t wait to return!

Stayed here for a business trip, just one night. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Upon entering the room, I found a cockroach on the bed, which was quite unsettling. I had to ask my colleague staying in the next room to help remove it. Luckily i brought disposable bedding sheet to cover.
While the location is convenient for business in Seberang Jaya, cleanliness needs serious improvement. Hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was a highlight. They offered a great variety of local Penang cuisine with live stations preparing char kuey teow, tosai, hokkien mee, and curry mee fresh on the spot.
One minor downside was the housekeeping service. I requested an extra towel but was told it could only be provided the next morning. Other than that, everything else was great.

is was my 4th stay at this hotel, and as always, it was an amazing experience! The place is super clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful, and everything was perfect throughout our 2-day stay. Im always happy to come back here and highly recommend it!

It was a good experience except the small room and bad sound insulation. There was a group family quite annoying at night (after 11pm) and the early morning (8am). They quarreled seriously and affected our sleeping quality.

SSIEW LITrotz der Lage ist ein bisschen aus, Marc Co-Life ist hervorragend in der Reinigung, Größe der Einheit. Die Einheit ist wirklich neu, die Küche ist voll funktioniert, obwohl ich nur die Mikrowelle verwenden, um meine verpackte Lebensmittel zu erhitzen. Das WiFi ist wirklich schnell. Als Gast konnten wir auch die Gästewäsche kostenlos nutzen. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich freundlich und schnell, um auf Anfrage Hauswartung zu führen. Ehrenhafte Erwähnung muss zu Azad gehen, der äußerst hilfreich und freundlich ist. Er lässt uns sogar einen Squeezee sauber, um das Wasser nach der Dusche sauber zu schütteln.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the room facilities are complete and thoughtful. The washbasin outside the toilet is cleverly designed and very convenient. There is a water dispenser provided in the lobby, which is very convenient. I'll definitely be back!

GGastnutzerWith the price I paid, I'm totally satisfied with everything, water heater in good condition, air cond running smoothly, 2 toilet paper provided with 2 small bar soap..the room and bathroom is clean, kiblat direction, beddings necessities quite comfortable. I just hope the hotel can add more details on their site, mine don't have windows but no complain since we stay for short time. Iron and drinking water provided at the stairs.

SSeowVince Villa ist ein Hausaufenthalt und der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Es ist gemütlich,exotisch und schöne Innendesign.Zimmer ist sauber. Und Wi-Fi ist fast.safe und ruhig, obwohl es sich neben der Hauptstraße befindet.
