A very good hotel in alor setar in term of service, facilities and even locations. Walking distance to the biggest shopping mall in Alor Setar which named Aman Central. The breakfast also great. Sedap. The bed so comfy. Just needed little bit upgraded in wash room. Others ok, the best..i got view of Menara Alor Setar

Staying at the executive king , big tv screen , but no signal to watch the local channels , WiFi is bad , tried to connect few times , can’t use for the tv & phone as well .
Overall this room category is better than the Superior room , more spacious , has laundry bag & mineral water bottles . Would suggest to add laundry bag for superiors room category

I've experienced the breakfast has been a lot of improvement since my stay last year. With the taste and varieties of drinks and meal.
Unfortunately I handle my luggages from the check in to check out. No staff to offer help since I was coming with my toddler. Only the trolley was attended to my request. Then need to manage all by myself

Great location, many parking space in-front of the hotel. Request to change the first room given to me because it was near to the lift and i can hear people talking and walking around. The front desk let me change to the room at the end of the corridor. But soundproof system is not good. Still can hear people talking and other sound. Other than that, the room is clean and comfortable.

Ich war kürzlich während einer Arbeitsstraße in diesem Hotel und die Erfahrung war insgesamt angenehm. Die Eincheckung war reibungslos, und das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, mit allen grundlegenden Einrichtungen, die ich für einen produktiven Aufenthalt benötigt hatte. Die Einrichtungen wurden gut gepflegt besonders geschätzt die ruhige Umgebung, die für die Arbeit war großartig. Sicherlich eine zuverlässige Option für Geschäftsreisende.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Star City Hotel in Alor Setar, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. My room was spotless and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot, with easy access to shopping malls and popular tourist attractions. Overall, my experience at Star City Hotel was superb, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alor Setar.

Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt hier und sehr zufrieden mit den Dienstleistungen. Das Personal war freundlich und näher zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Als ich während des Ramadan geblieben bin, haben sie das „Sahur Menu“ bei 4.30 am für Sie, es privat in Ihrem Zimmer zu genießen. Was für einen Service. Nahe Masjid Zahir und Bazar Ramadan auch. Danke für den guten Service und sehr empfehlen !!

Eewtw94Das Einzelzimmer ist gut eingerichtet und ziemlich geräumig, um ein komfortables Einzelbett zu beinhalten. Toiletten und einfaches Frühstück sind auch vorhanden, was ein Plus ist. Super Lage neben Aman Central und viele Essen, sogar ein medizinisches Zentrum. Das Personal ist auch super hilfreich und freundlich. Jedes Mal, wenn ich zurück bin, bleibe ich hier (:

There is no elevator to the upper floors. We are thankful that the receptionionist changed our room from the third floor to the second floor. There is ample parking space for guests.

NNurhidayahThis was my second time staying at T+ Hotel Sg Korok, and it continues to be a great choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking space available, which is very convenient for travelers.
I stayed in a room for 4 people, and it was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. However, one downside is the lack of an operating lift, which could be inconvenient for those with elderly parents or heavy luggage. If I’m not mistaken, the lift has already been installed and is pending approval from the local authorities, so I recommend checking with the hotel directly for updates.
Overall, it’s still a great place to stay, and I look forward to returning again in the future!

KKHOR MUI KIMMy stay at the hotel was just nice. While the room was clean and quiet, the water pressure was slow, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, parking was difficult to find, which added some inconvenience to the overall experience.

SSehaDas Zimmer ist sauber, aber klein für ein Zwillingsbett. Sehr wenig Platz zum Solat. Nicht geeignet für ältere Menschen, weil kein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Steig Treppen und müssen vorsichtig sein, wenn mit Kindern reisen.

The hotel is okay for the price, nothing fancy. It does have an air con, tv, towels and body soap. I’d suggest you bring your own toilet paper and toiletries. Good for overnight stay. The WiFi is excellent. There’s a big mall nearby, you can walk or take a Grab. Thank you.
