Der Service ist insgesamt recht gut. Als wir am Abend zurückkamen, verwechselte das Personal unser Gepäck mit dem von jemand anderem ... Sobald wir das Zimmer betraten, hatten wir das Gefühl, dass das Gepäck nicht da war Richtig. Die Einstellung des Personals war zwar schon gelöst, als es gelöst wurde, aber ich habe meine Ruhezeit verschwendet. Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas klein... Die Einstellung des Personals ist sehr gut Etwas ungenießbar, aber ich habe nicht gefrühstückt. Darauf kann man sich beziehen.

Good location. On the ”outskirts” of the Minatomirai area but the cable cars were just outside that could take you over there easy. Links to skybridge to get you around the Minatomirai area was also right there. If you want to explore ”old town”, to the other side was the older town and so really gave you the best of both worlds

Ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Aufgrund vorübergehender Geschäftsänderungen musste ich dieses Mal vier Tage an einem Ort bleiben.
Sowohl die Hardware als auch die Software des Hotels sind gut und auch die nahegelegene Hafenumgebung ist eine seltene Gelegenheit zum Entspannen.
Der Nachteil ist, dass es aufgrund der Lage am Hafen nicht viele Restaurants in der Nähe gibt. Meistens ist es unmöglich, nach 20 Uhr einen Ort zum Essen zu finden. Das Restaurant im Hotel schließt um 9 Uhr. Glücklicherweise gibt es einen 24-Stunden-Notruf 711, auf den ich mich zwei Tage hintereinander verlassen habe.
Am Tag vor meiner Abreise entdeckte ich zufällig eine Imbissstraße im zweiten Untergeschoss eines nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrums, die bis 2 Uhr morgens geöffnet war. Also nutzte er die Gelegenheit, um sich zu rächen und sich zu entschädigen.
Wenn Sie es erleben, werden Sie wahrscheinlich wieder hier übernachten.

Stilvolle Projektkartierung vom Eingang aus.
Das Zimmer war nicht nur stilvoll, sondern auch sauber.
Ich schätze den Mineralwasserservice und die Steven-Knoll-Shampoos im Zimmerbad.
Es gab viele Kleiderbügel, so dass man die Jacken leicht aufhängen konnte, und das Bett war geräumig und bequem.
Das Frühstücksbuffet kostet für Hotelgäste 2.400 Yen. Es gab nicht so viele Sorten, aber ein paar Hauptgerichte. Alle sind sättigend, aber der Burger ist zu empfehlen, da der Inhalt täglich wechselt.
Wenn Sie die K Arena nutzen, dauert der Fußweg zum Veranstaltungsort je nach Ampel etwa 10 Minuten.
Der Laden im Hotel schien rund um die Uhr geöffnet zu sein, aber es gab auch ein 7-Eleven unter dem Hotel, sodass ich mich sicher fühlte.

思思思賢 Chill My BabeDuring my recent trip to Tokyo, I stayed three nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier, and it was fantastic! The sea view was breathtaking, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in stunning views—whether it was the ocean by day or the city lights at night, I could never get enough!
The hotel’s amenities were a delight. I loved the rooftop pool and the indoor gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Italian restaurant and bar offered delicious food, and I highly recommend the breakfast.
The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The modern design, inspired by Yokohama’s cruise culture, added a unique touch to my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I felt I truly got my money's worth!

タタカタカ旅ブログEs war das beste Hotel. Die Zimmer sind neu und sauber.
Es gibt einen Supermarkt, Family Mart und ein Café neben dem Hotel, was es sehr praktisch macht.
An der Rezeption sind auch Lieferdienste wie Kurierdienste inklusive Kartons möglich. Das Beste von allem war, dass das Personal wunderbar war.
Die Lage war perfekt und es war nicht weit vom Bahnhof Yokohama entfernt, sodass ich mich problemlos fortbewegen konnte.
Ich würde bei meiner nächsten Geschäftsreise nach Yokohama gerne in diesem Hotel übernachten.

EErik ChiangIch hatte vor kurzem die Freude, im JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi zu bleiben, und ich muss sagen, es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Die Lage ist unglaublich bequem, vor allem für Reisende, die Yokohama erkunden wollen oder einen einfachen Zugang zu Tokio benötigen. Der Bahnhof Tsurumi ist so nahe, dass es unglaublich einfach ist, sich zu bewegen, ohne zu viel auf Taxis oder lange Wanderungen zu verlassen.
Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Obwohl nicht zu geräumig, machte es effiziente Nutzung des Raums, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Das Bett war komfortable, und das Badezimmer war ohne Spott.
Die meisten waren die außergewöhnlichen Dienstleistungen, die das Personal anbietet. Sie waren immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen oder Anfragen zu helfen, so dass ich mich während meines Aufenthalts begrüßen konnte. Das komplimentäre Frühstück bot eine wunderbare Vielfalt an japanischen und westlichen Optionen an, die ein großer Weg war, den Tag zu beginnen.

DDavid K T SoHotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. That alone have killed me. I think the hotel avoid telling customers about this great disadvantage. Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard. Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer. No storage or drawers, bathroom was extremely small and crowded. My booking included buffet breakfast, which was a surprise, food selection was good, but there were not many customers, one morning my family virtually was thw only table in the entire grand dining room! I can say I have mixed feeling about this hotel, if you have many luggages and arrived by train, think twice as you have to lift your luggages up 34 stairs from B2 to ground level.

Das Zimmer ist klein, mit einem separaten Schreibtisch und einem beweglichen Stuhl, dann einem Bett und hervorragenden raumhohen Fenstern (10. Etage). Für zwei Personen könnte es überfüllt sein. Die Toilette ist sehr gut, es ist eine elektrische Toilette, hat eine Badewanne und ist sehr sauber.
Sprache: Ich spreche ein wenig Japanisch, daher habe ich nie Chinesisch oder Englisch verwendet. Englisch sollte in Ordnung sein, aber ich weiß nicht, ob Chinesisch in Ordnung ist.
Frühstück: relativ reichhaltig, überwiegend im westlichen Stil, aber der Speiseraum ist groß, sehr gut.
Ausstattung: Ich habe Verkaufsautomaten und Eismaschinen auf dem Boden benutzt, und es scheint eine Waschmaschine und so weiter zu geben. Gepäck kann aufbewahrt werden.
Transport: Es ist relativ bequem. Es liegt relativ nahe an Kannai und Sakuragi Town. Ich kam jedoch aus Haneda, also stieg ich in Hinode Town aus dem Bus und ging mehr als zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Die Nachbarschaft ist relativ sicher.

GGastnutzerIch war darauf vorbereitet, weil es bereits darauf hingewiesen wurde, aber ich ärgerte mich, dass das Gespräch auf dem Flur so weit gehört werden konnte, dass es im Zimmer widerhallte. Strukturell ist das jetzt nicht mehr zu verhindern, daher hielt ich es für notwendig, Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, wie z. B. die Aufmerksamkeit der Rezeption beim Check-in.

BbbbhyoonThis is actually my first time staying at capsule hotel and i was surprised becos its beyond my expectations. The staff speak okay english, and the hotel itself are very clean both for sleeping area and also bathroom area (very important!!). The location also very good cos it’s close to Yokohama station. If you have any business around Yokohama or maybe around K-Arena Yokohama, this capsule hotel is perfect for you. All in all i very recommend this accommodation especially for solo travelers! ^^

GGastnutzerDas Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt am Ausgang 3 des Bahnhofs Basashiri, und davor befindet sich das Präfekturmuseum Kanagawa.
Der Service ist auch gut. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer wurde vor dem Check-in eingeschaltet, was sehr kühl ist.
Das Äußere sieht ziemlich alt aus und war schon lange geöffnet, aber das Innere ist tatsächlich sehr sauber und fühlt sich an, als wäre es renoviert worden.
Sie können sogar zum Hotel auf der 46. Etage auf der anderen Straßenseite gehen, um die Nachtansicht zu genießen 😂
