"Das Einchecken in der Hochsaison kostete RMB 800/Tag. Ich fand das Hotel durchschnittlich, aber das Ergebnis war völlig besser als erwartet. Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel. Wenn Sie im Zimmer ankommen, erhalten Sie ein komplettes Set an Toilettenartikeln von Bvlgari, heiße Puffs und heiße Getränke, zwei Sorten Mount Fuji-Mineralwasser und exquisite Schokolade. Das Hotel verfügt über eine natürliche heiße Quelle, die Gäste kostenlos nutzen können. Das Wichtigste ist, dass man aus dem Fenster den Berg Fuji sehen kann und das Hotel über einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus zwischen dem Hotel und dem Bahnhof Kawaguchiko verfügt. Für den Transport können Sie einen Bus direkt vom Bahnhof Tokio zum Hotel nehmen. Der Bahnhof heißt Fuji Q Highland. Die Tickets werden im Voraus online gekauft und haben Sitzplatznummern, sodass Sie gleichzeitig großes Gepäck abstellen können ."

"Die Gesamtanlage liegt zwei Ebenen höher als die in Asakusa und der Berg Fuji ist aus dem Fenster zu sehen. Die Miso-Suppe am Frühstücksbuffet ist für meinen Geschmack während meiner Japanreise am besten geeignet. Das Kind liebte diese heiße Quelle. Er badete dreimal in zwei Tagen und sein kleines Gesicht wurde rot. Als ich jedoch am ersten Abend ins Freibad ging, roch es sehr stark nach desinfizierendem Wasser, genau wie in heimischen Schwimmbädern. Nach 10 Minuten hatte ich das Gefühl, in etwas eingehüllt zu sein, und mein Erlebnis wurde herabgestuft . Ich muss mich beschweren, Taxis sind in Japan wirklich teuer."

"Es wurde zusätzliche $50 für die Eincheckung nach 10 Uhr gezahlt, und wenn Sie nicht damit einverstanden waren, dass ich bis zum nächsten Morgen um 7 Uhr warten müsste. "Conveniently located right behind Fujisan Station just under 5 minutes walk! Easy checkin and staff were very friendly. There’s a common kitchen and dining area with free tea and water. Snacks, canned drinks & instant noodles also available for purchase at a low cost! There’s also a piano in the dining area which is fun. Booked the room with the Mt Fuji view and it did not disappoint! It was also spacious for an average hotel in Japan. There are a lot of free amenities in the lobby area too like free pajamas, toothbrush, etc. not near any convenience store but the hotel’s purchasable snacks are handy. Sometimes there’s a food truck parked outside as well. Local eateries are around the area too so not a worry. Best part of the hotel was their rooftop terrace where you can get a picturesque view of Mount Fuji and even Fuji-Q Highland theme park!"

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit großer Service. Der Garten ist wirklich schön, um mit Fluss durch ihn zu gehen. Dachtopsen am Abend, wie die Sonne setzt ist das Highlight der Reise. Die Trommelleistung am Abend, gefolgt von Bingo-Spiel, war wirklich faszinierend. Schreien nach Yumi, der uns in unser Zimmer führte und alle Hotelausstattung und Dienstleistungen erläuterte. Das Essen ist groß, aber schmeckt nicht so schmeckt wie das, was in Tokio angeboten wurde. Tipps: Erwachen Sie früh, um ein Bild von Mt Fuji zu nehmen, wie ich am 11.00 Uhr bemerkte, der Berg war bereits im Müll versteckt."

We mainly chose this hotel because we wanted to see the full view of Mount Fuji. The weather was bad when we arrived on the first day, and we were disappointed that we couldn't find any trace of Mount Fuji. Fortunately, there is a large department store Diaso opposite the accommodation, which is within walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby. The landlord is very nice and prepared drinks for us. We bought food from a nearby supermarket and cooked it in the accommodation. It is fully equipped and has a washing machine and dryer. The accommodation building is three stories high, with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor are two Western-style rooms and a tatami room, a bathroom and a toilet. The rooftop on the third floor has tables, chairs and a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Fortunately we saw Mount Fuji clearly the next morning. Since there was an urgent report on the day of check-out and we needed to delay our departure, we asked the hotel to delay our check-out. The hotel was very nice and only paid an extra 1,000 yen for us to delay our check-out for one hour, which made it easier for me to complete my work. There are three parking spaces in front of the house. Even if the parking lot is full, it is not far away if you need to park in the nearby parking lot. It is only a five-minute walk away. If I visit this area again, I will consider this accommodation. "Location is perfect for people with cars!!! There's plenty of food options down the road including McDonald's KFC, daiso just next door, convenience stores across the road, petrol station at the traffic junction, and of course Mount Fuji view from the hotel room!!! Mount Fuji view is not easy to catch during winter season as the sky gets misty easily, so being able to view Mount Fuji in the morning upon waking up is just perfect. Complimentary onsen for hotel guests too, which is payable for public (see picture for price list). Hotel also provides fresh towels and amenities set every morning by hanging a bag on your door, which I think is rare for Japan hotels as most of them advocate ”save the earth” so no change of daily linens. Only slight issue is that the hotel is quite dated, which can be seen from the carpet stains along the walkway and walls etc. But still functional so not a major problem to us!"
