"Ich hatte einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und die Wärme und Gastfreundschaft des Personals machte es wirklich eine unvergessliche Erfahrung. Es gibt nur wenige Arten und die Qualität ist nicht anders. Der Check-in an der Rezeption dauert grundsätzlich 20 Minuten pro Person, und ich habe drei Fragen und weiß es nicht! Ich rief an der Rezeption an, um nach dem Kindermenü zu fragen, aber zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt teilte mir niemand mit, dass das Essen nicht geliefert werden könne. Die Kinder waren so hungrig, dass sie schreien mussten an der Tür des Restaurants betteln, um auf das Essen zu warten. Das Restaurant sagte, dass sie die Nachricht überhaupt nicht erhalten hätten! Die Rezeption ist mit dem Geschäft nicht vertraut und kann es nicht ohne Benachrichtigung der Gäste durchführen! Es ist wirklich frustrierend, einen solchen Service zu haben! Ein Hotel nur mit Hardware, eine Verschwendung"

GGastnutzerWhat an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

The owners were so friendly and helpful, providing us all information we need to explore the local attractions. They also sell tickets to the attractions at the cheaper prices than apps. During our visit, we encountered a problem on transportation. The owner drove a long way to pick us back to their building with no charges, so kind and really taking good care of customers. Highly recommend!

AAnonymer BenutzerIt was a nice 2 nights stay in Ji Hotel Yingde. Very clean warm and quiet, we love the bamboo wooden floor and furnitures, which make it a bit of zen experience. Breakfast was OK, the wanton soup was nice and warm for cold morning warming-up with a cup of fragrant black red where the city is well known for. What surprised us was the robot food delivery, when we finished the day and order takeaways, it arrived at the front desk and then the robot helped to get it delivered to our room.
Free car park and helpful staff, definitely recommend.

UUtopus_HythThis is an excellent hotel with extremely friendly staff. I don't think they get many foreign guests here and the staff were especially accommodating to me, even bringing fresh fruit and other snacks to my room as a way of showing hospitality. As for the hotel itself, it is an impressively large building with a classical style; the rooms themselves contain many dark woods that would have been seen in the Chinese hotels of yesterday. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the amenities are that of a far more expensive hotel. The location is within walking distance of the main shopping district but also close to the 'old town', where surprisingly impoverished and ramshackle dwellings can be seen. There is a bus station around 2km away that has services to popular tourist destinations like Jiulong village. The hotel itself may also provide such services but I didn't ask about that this time. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Yingde!

RRachelLocated right at Yingxi fenglin corridor and very near to T3 tea plantation. Room is very beautiful n clean with modern Ling Nan design. Beds super comfy. Great scenery all around. Breakfast is simple but super delicious. Owner and staff provided impeccable service. Drove us to dinner and also water rafting on the first day. Help us rent 2 electric scooters on the second day and we had such a great time scooting around the town and magnolia fields. The freedom of riding in such a peaceful village is priceless. Choose this accommodation when you come to Yingde and you will not regret!

AAnonymer Benutzer環境：整個度假村範圍都風景優美，前台辦好入住後，有工作人員帶領到各個別墅。別墅帶一個車庫，能停一輛車，多的就停院門外。進了門有被驚艷到，裝修很壓制，空調也開好了，非常涼爽愜意，院子裏的泡池也挺大的，5-6個人一起泡池也ok，有冷水有熱水，可以自己調温度，麻將桌也乾淨，麻將摸上去不粘手，非常愜意的度假生活
服務：送了果盤，想去前台餐廳吃飯也可以叫小車來接。自助早餐也算豐盛，有現燙粉面，晚餐在餐廳吃有100的代金券，也挺划算的
【激情暑假】山湖嬉水節:暑假活動，住客可以去積慶裏度假酒店的無邊泳池游泳，挺漂亮的，人也不多，水也比較乾淨，上午不太曬的時候去游泳很方便
美中不足的地方：
1.別墅隔音一般，晚上11點隔壁户住客喝醉了回來，在外面吵鬧聲音挺大的，我們在院子裏泡池、房間睡覺的時候都能聽見
2.餐廳的餐具不太乾淨
3.度假村裡衹有一個小商店賣飲料零食啥的，房間給了4瓶礦泉水，其他飲料要自費。除了前台餐廳，就衹能開車5公里到度假村外的農莊吃飯，建議自帶水飲零食

MMeisuetOverall, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests, such as decorating the room, answering questions patiently and setting up a hot spa outside our room.
The breakfast was average, but the lunch and dinner were delicious.
It's definitely a remote area, but you can ask them to arrange an Uber service. Also, if you're lucky, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and sunset.
It would be better if there was a fridge inside the hotel room. However, you can still use the communal fridge.
All in all, it's an ideal destination for couples looking to unwind and relax, with the added luxury of a private pool and spa amidst nature's beauty.
