Ich wohne im dritten Stock. Ich muss mein schweres Gepäck durch Holzbretter abtrennen Es gibt überhaupt keine Schalldämmung. Das Geräusch des Reißverschlusses war deutlich zu hören, nachdem ich eine Nacht geschlafen hatte.

Dieses Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Interlaken West. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Dieses Hotel ist sehr altmodisch und das Zimmer ist okay, nicht zu klein/groß für 2 Personen und auch die Sauberkeit ist gut!

Die Person, die dieses Hotel leitet, spricht am Telefon sehr schlecht und vor der Buchung wurde uns nicht gesagt, dass wir vor 21:00 Uhr kommen müssen. Wir haben nichts bezahlt, seien Sie vorsichtig, es ist ein Betrug!

In der landschaftlich reizvollen Gegend ist das von mir gewählte Hotel relativ günstig, ein bisschen ähnlich wie Jugendherbergen und Gastfamilien, und die Bewertung basiert darauf Lage: 6-10 Minuten von Interlaken West entfernt Zimmer: Das Zimmer ist klein (siehe Bild), die Einrichtungen sind relativ alt, die Beleuchtung ist relativ schwach, es gibt wenige Steckdosen und die Toilette ist relativ groß Öffentliche Einrichtungen: Es gibt öffentliche Unterhaltungsräume und eine öffentliche Speisekammer. Die Speisekammer verfügt über eine Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Tee, Milch, Kaffee usw., die Sie bequem kaufen und essen können Frühstück: weniger Abwechslung

Tatsächlich kann man sagen, dass das Zimmer nur durchschnittlich ist, es kann eher als gemütlich, aber nicht groß bezeichnet werden. Dann ist der Fahrstuhl zu alt und man muss ihn selbst manuell steuern, was nicht ganz einfach zu bedienen ist, aber der Hotelservice ist in Ordnung. Verglichen mit dem Wohnen in Grindelwald ist das Erscheinungsbild des Hotels recht niedlich

I always like to be honest in my reviews. As a solo traveller of 71 years I booked a single room, which was on the top floor. The lift only went up to the second floor but on my arrival my suitcase was taken up to my room for me. The room was small but had everything I needed, even a writing desk and a washbasin. I am a light sleeper and the only downside to this room was that the bed is right next to the wall of the room next door, which could really do with more sound proofing. I was there for a week and had a variety of changes to that room next door, some very loud. Lucky for me, I took silicone earplugs with me. The room also had a sloping ceiling, where the eaves are. I am only 5'4" and banged my head a few times. BUT the view from the window was worth it. See photo. FABULOUS!!!! I really enjoyed my stay. The owner Jean-Louis always greeted me in the morning, when I had my early morning cuppa before breakfast. Armed was always there to help too. The breakfast was excellent with a vast array of food to suit most peoples' needs. This ranging from cereals with dried fruits and nuts, cheese and meats, bacon and scrabbled egg, yoghurts, many different breads and croissants, jams and fresh fruit. This topped up with freshly made coffee and tea at your table. There is also an area where the hotel provides quality teas of so many different types and a machine that prepares freshly ground coffee whenever you want it. Milk is provided too. I could fault this hotel and I would like to thank everyone for making my stay and pleasant and enjoyable one. I look forward to my return when in Switzerland.

Good location and breakfast. Free Ice on the ground floor for the traveller.

The hotel provides good services to their guests. Free coffee is available on the ground floor when required. The breakfast provides sufficient food and choices. We stayed in the second floor and we needed to use a small lift to send our luggage to the second floor. The hotel is a bit too old and the price is overpriced. However, the hotel price in Interlaken should ranks the top, comparing with Zurich, Zermatt and Lugano.

Great experience at hotel…very good for families and couples at convenient location. Very helpful staff.

It was all good, the people are nice and bathrooms are clean.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the train station and is surrounded by restaurants and a hypermarket. The hotel is clean; however, it’s noteworthy that the private toilet is separate from the room. Another important aspect to consider is the lack of soundproofing by floor due to the old design. For light sleepers, it’s advisable to take note, as sounds such as trolley movements, footsteps from the upper floor, or chatting noise from adjacent rooms may be audible, potentially leading to early morning disturbances.

Merci Hotel Rossli! I had a good overnight stay with you. I got a single room with separate bathroom, very clean. The room’s space is not too small,room is clean. Location is near Interlaken West about 5 minutes walk. Coop shop and a pharmacy is just nearby. The staff were so amazing and helpful. They have a room storage for luggages. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices. This hotel is very well recommended:)

This property is good for budget travellers . Facilities are also good. The restaurant lobby is open 24/7 . Where you can have unlimited coffee or tea for free. You can even bring your own stuff and have some coffee or tea In the restaurant area. Staff is also very friendly and supportive

The manager was so welcoming when I arrived early. Rest of team fantastic. Great amenities and free espresso a winner. Beautiful building and walking distance to Interlarken West station with suitcase!
