Ich habe vor kurzem in Zimmer 312 in Ihrem Hotel geblieben, und ich bedaure, Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass meine Erfahrung weit unter den Erwartungen lag. Ich möchte ausführliche Rückmeldungen zu den Fragen geben, die ich während meines Aufenthalts getroffen habe. Das Toilette funktionierte nicht ordnungsgemäß, mit kontinuierlicher Wasserfluss. Das hat während meiner Aufenthaltszeit zu einem erheblichen Unannehmlichkeiten geführt. Es gab keine Minibar oder Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was für ein Hotel Ihrer Standard war ziemlich unerwartet. Ich rief in der Zimmer-Essen, um einen Auftrag zu geben, aber ich wurde gebeten, später zurückzurufen. Leider habe ich nie einen Nachruf erhalten, und meine Bestellung wurde nicht gefolgt. Ich habe diese Bedenken dem Empfänger mitgeteilt, der mich informiert hat, dass der Manager mit mir in Kontakt kommen wird. Ich erhielt jedoch keine weiteren Kommunikationen von dem Managementteam. Später in der Nacht gab es einen Stromausfall in meinem Zimmer. Es gab keine sofortige Stromreserve, die mich dazu zwingt, in die Lobby zu kommen, um das Thema zu berichten. Ich hatte einen sehr unkomfortablen und unzufriedenen Aufenthalt. Der Service und die allgemeine Erfahrung erfüllten nicht die von mir erwarteten Standards, und ich würde das Hotel auf dieser Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

Die Hygienebedingungen sind sehr gut; die Service-Personal-Einstellung ist sehr gut, die internationale Gruppe Hotelverwaltung ist sehr gut.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a view that made every morning special. The on-site amenities were top-notch and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay!

The park indore is a very well maintained hotel just on the highway. Easy access and good location. The rooms are nice and clean, very good washroom and ambience. The most enjoyable part is the food here. The buffet spread at breakfast and dinner was extremely good and had various options. There were 3-4 live counters covering multiple cuisines. The hospitality is good and staff is very polite and helpful. Only things to improve are, the car park is an open lot at the rear end of the hotel, which keeps the vehicle exposed to all weather and dust. Also, the hotel doesn't have a decent travel desk to hire outstation cabs etc. They give you contact of some local travel agent with whom you have to plan/bargain etc. Overall very enjoyable. For business travellers for sure but certainly for family groups.

Fantastic stay ,wonderful food . We had booked 2 rooms for two nights. It was really good. We have booked for premium rooms which was spacious with enough amenities provided ,very clean. Excellent service. All the chef had done wonderful job. Foods were mouth watering. Ms Amisha welcomed us in restaurant with a warm smile

Die Zimmer sind kompakt, aber komfortable mit grundlegenden Einrichtungen beladen, Sauberkeit war gut, während der Service sicher verbessert werden kann.
