This "hotel" is basically a construction site. Nothing works. Questionable people hanging out. Some doors are vandalized. No hot water (lukewarm would be sugarcoating it), TVs don't work, vending machines don't work, no way to call reception, nowhere near anything comfortable even by minimum standards.

My room was absolutely horrible. From the time I walked down the hallway there was painting paper on the floor. I immediately complained. The receptionist said they gave me the room because they were booked… I booked 2 days in advance. When I walked in the room I was even more disappointed. There was a dirty face towel under the vanity mirror. There was a patched and poorly mudded hole near the vanity. When I went into the bathroom the toilet seat was up and there was a yellow urine ring inside. I lifted up the rest of the seat and there was urine on the seat. I looked in the tub and there were pieces of molded caulk in the tub as if someone had just scrubbed to remove it from around the tub. As I ventured into the room the computer chair was so badly destroyed, there was a hole/ chipped paint in the wall. The microwave was destroyed, the walls were filthy, and the fridge had leftover food pieces in the freezer part. We had little to no linens on the bed. Our room was just really disappointing and we want someone to just do the right thing and make it right.

It was a ok stay except for being woken up in the middle of the night by a another person next door by her slamming her door
