The new Samsung washer and dryer are located inside for your convenience. 2 bathrooms, private fenced in backyard and sunrise deck. You can let your kids and pets run in the yard without worries. Our brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with new Samsung appliances. Incl. gourmet oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator & plenty of counter space for entertaining. (please see pictures). We also have a Keurig, Blender, full set of pans and pots. Our covered patio with deck & grill guarantee hours of outdoor fun. We also have an outdoor pool shower. It is located just across from A1A and short walk across the street to the beach with park areas. Please look at the areal drone pictures so that you better understand how close the beach is to our home.The house is a short walking distance away from Walmart, Mc Donald’s, Winn Dixie, many beautiful restaurants and the best urgent care in our area. ( 5 minutes to walk/1 min by car) .We have plenty of room to park your vehicles in the driveway.
