"This was the worst experience I've had since I started booking through Trip. The hotel didn't honor what was stated in my reservation, and worse, they charged me extra to accommodate my daughter, who was on the reservation, and didn't even prepare the room for her. I complained, and after 2 hours they improvised a sofa bed – a complete absurdity! A hotel of this size shouldn't have this kind of service. My reservation stated "Junior Suite with Garden View," but they put me in the last building with a view of the forest – which is outrageous! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANY MORE ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES THROUGH THIS PLACE. It was regrettable."

"Das Haus ist ein gemütliches Strandhaus, und Conrado, ein sehr freundlicher italienischer Besitzer und all seine Mitarbeiter, wird Ihnen sicher sein, dass Sie sich zu Hause komfortabel fühlen. Das Hotel ist eine perfekte Lage am Palmenbaum im Strand von Imbassai, ein sehr leckeres tropisches Frühstück mit vielen täglichen Gerichten, täglich im Garten serviert. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Die Einrichtungen sind bescheiden und funktional, aber die warme und echte brasilianische Gastfreundschaft ist ein Luxus, ein Geschenk, eine Reiseerlebnis, die Sie genießen, Schatz und Teilen, wie ich es getan habe! Ich werde sicher zurückkommen!"

"Die Chalets sind funktionell ( Ventilator/ Kühlschrank). Die Lage ist schön, das Meer nicht weit , herrlicher Strand. Das Frühstück ist korrekt, man könnte es hübscher anbieten ( z. B. Am Buffet mit Blumen dekorieren.) Lieblos ist der Poolbereich, könnte man mehr daraus machen. Der Ort ist eher einfach, wenig Restaurants ,mehr Kioske . Schade, dass die Bar am Strand ab 16.00 schließt. Die Standbar könnte netter gestaltet werden …"
