I'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

High class hotel close to most things in Iloilo city. SM Mandurriao meters away. Easy to get taxi with the help of friendly staff, Megaworld walking distance. Swimmingpool on the 10th floor, gym, good breakfast with a lot to choose from, excellent room reasonably quiet, comfortable bed, good water pressure and warm watwr quickly

During our visit, we selected our preferred seafood from the fresh section and had it prepared to our liking. The chefs were on hand to assist and offer recommendations, whether for simple grilling or more elaborate dishes like buttered shrimp or sinigang😋🦐🦀🍲. Special thanks to Chef Bon and the team, including Kent, Vince, Jayson, Aldrin, Fatima, and Shena, for always checking on us and ensuring we had a great dining experience.

As a business traveler, my top concern is the safety and security of the hotel that I am staying. I was pleased with my stay in Park Inn Iloilo because of how secured it is in the hotel. It reminds me of my stay in Conrad Manila; I would say Park Inn is the best hotel I have stayed in Iloilo so far. Already booked another 2 nights for my next business trip in Iloilo next month. The room smells so romantic..the services are good. I don't have any problem upon staying there. The food serve on the dining area is very appetizing, and the crews are very respectful. I had a very nice stay in Seda and the people from the guards, front desk officers, and crews are very courteous.

Ich habe für 3 Tage und 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel ein Zimmer reserviert und sie überstiegen meine Erwartungen. Obwohl ihr Kabel-TV nicht funktioniert, erhalten Sie immer noch den Wert für das, was Sie zahlen. Die Zimmergröße war nur richtig. Voll Toiletten. Das Schwimmbad ist sauber und ist frei von Verwendung. Frühstück ist zufriedenstellend und das Personal ist hilfreich. Gute Lage auch. Nur eine 10 peso Jeepney Fahrt nach Parola Port, wenn Sie nach Guimaras gehen wollen. Nur 2 Fahrten von Ceres Terminal aus Carles, Iloilo. Kurze Gehstrecke von mehreren Fastfood-Ketten und SM delgado. Sehr empfohlen

Hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Wochenende. Ich ging in die Stadt, um mit Dinagyan Marathon, die wenige Blocks vom Hotel gehalten wurde. Lage war wirklich großartig, da es in der Nähe ist, wo ich sein möchte - Zentrum von Einkaufen, Lebensmittelzentren und historische Orte. Der Eincheck war ein Bris. Ich war froh, dass die Person, die meine Reservierung buchte, auch die Person war, die mich anmelden. Raphael war wirklich effizient, professionell und Gastfreund. Er stellte sicher, dass ich keine harte Zeit habe, um meine Reservierung sicher zu sein. Das Zimmer war freundlich, ich reservierte das Studiozimmer, das das wesentliche für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Mein Lieblingsteil des Zimmers war das Bett, es war komfortabel und es fühlte sich wirklich wie ich zu Hause war. Während ich nicht in der Lage war, den Zimmerbetreiber persönlich zu treffen, stellte Adrian sicher, dass mein Zimmer immer sauber ist und gewährleistet mich mit einem komfortablen Aufenthalt. Frühstück war genügend für Leute im Wege. Die Verbreitung fehlt der Sorte, die ich ehrlich gesagt nicht gedacht hatte. Brötchen, Eier, Bäcken, Reis sind Stapel, das einzige, was sich ändert, sind die beiden Fleisch, Obst und die verfügbaren Morgenkacken. Insgesamt habe ich meinen Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Ich werde sicherlich wieder buchen, wenn ich zurück nach Iloilo City gehe.

Location is good if you want to travel within Iloilo city. Super accessible for everything. Deluxe room is so spacious and comfortable. Lobby is the best. Crew is super bait and accomodating. Resto besides the hotel is super good. Price is cheap but the serving is super madami and offcourse food is super namit. Highly recommended for staycation also. If you want to have a party at night place is super suitable. Thank you Mo2 for the very relaxing place.🥰

Ich liebe, dass sie hier einen guten Fitnessraum haben. Sie haben auch einen Salon, Spa, Co-Arbeitsraum, Komfort-Shop und ein Restaurant (die mein Personal empfahl, zu essen). Das Zimmer ist komfortabel (obwohl ich Probleme mit der heißen Dusche haben). Ich denke, der Faktor, der mich daran hindert, hier wieder zu bleiben, ist, dass die Lautmusik aus der Dachbar, die bis ca. 2am fortsetzt (oder länger, als ich gerade bei ca. 2am schlief). Ich hoffe, sie verbessern die Soundtoxizität ihrer Zimmer, wenn sie die Musik bis zu den wee-Stunden explodieren würden ...

At checkin, we had to ask to exchange to the room we booked. Walls are thin, our room next to cleaning staff rest area. Very noisy. Late at night and early in the morning at 7am, they knocked on our door asking to “check water heater “. I told them nothing was wrong with it, but knocked again an hour later. It was very scary, as if they wanted to get into our room. Front desk apologized but did not have an explanation of why the water heater needed to be checked. Will not stay again.
