Kosten-Popformance sehr schön. Sachen ist sehr freundlich. WiFi-Anschluss ist sehr gut. Lage ist sehr gut. Ich bin sehr lange in diesem Hotel verblieben. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants und Einkaufszentrum.

We stayed there overnight after my flight from Manila since it was so near the airport. The aircone is strong and the room was clean. The staff lifted my luggage to our room because it was on the third floor and there was no elevator. We have a good night sleep.

Mein junger Sohn liebt zu schwimmen und dieser Ort hat es wirklich für ihn getan. Großer Ort für Familien mit jungen Kindern, da sie einen Pool Spielplatz haben neben zwei Lap/Schwimmbad, die auch Kinderpool neben ihnen hat. Die Pools sind natürlich gut gepflegt und sauber. Viele Veranstaltungen wurden stattgefunden, so dass der Ort so voll war - und noch nicht zu überfüllt. Wir haben übernachtet in einer ihrer sehr geräumigen Familiensuite - die etwas weit von der ganzen Buselle entfernt ist, so dass wir einen ruhigen Abend hatten. Laden von Lebensmitteloptionen, die ziemlich gut sind. Der Ort hat wirklich ein großes Potenzial, es braucht nur einige wenige Renovierungen und Wartung in einigen Bereichen, um die Merkmale zu maximieren. Wird sicher wieder mit Familie oder vielleicht Gruppe von Freunden. Schreien Sie Christy Gustillo im Vorbüro sowie an unsere Kellnerin (die ich leider nicht anrufen konnte) für einen wirklich guten Kundenservice.

Ein schöner Ort, um außerhalb der Stadt zu bleiben, wenn Sie ein ruhiges und weniger besetztes Hotel mögen. Ein paar Schritte vom Ceres Bus Terminal, bietet das neue Hotel gute Unterkünfte und Zugang für Reisende. Im Wohngebiet liegt es ein guter Ort, während der Pandemie zu bleiben. Die Menschen sind gut in der Lage, eine saubere Umgebung zu halten.

Hier ist mein BF reserviert. Die Lage ist wunderbar bei ist neben dem Provinzbusterminal.

Although the hotel LOOKS nice and is well designed, it is so poorly operated and managed it really ruined our stay. It all started at checkin when on my booking I had requested two adjoining or adjacent rooms as we have 4 small kids and total 7 in our party. I was given two rooms on two different floors. It wasn't until I complained loudly and explained my written request that they finally accommodated us. They only gave us one key for each room and since the room requires a card key for power and air con I asked for an additional key to which they wanted more money. It went down hill badly from there. When we got to the room the kids quickly realized that both rooms doors never locked and anyone could just walk in our rooms without a key. (This was recurring throughout the stay) Next was that the room air con remotes didn't work because the batteries were dead. Next were the non working TV's. And then the broken safe. Then the non working refrigerators. After that was the non-existent hot water. That one really pissed me off as the staff decided that I was an ***** that didn't know how to operate a faucet and they were going to teach me how to turn it on after I had waited over 10 + minites for hot water in the shower, bathtub and sink. How insulting and belittling to me to think that I don't know how to turn on hot water. Ultimately the hot water that evening was at only 37c. The errors continued throughout the evening until bed with the room, towels, internet, etc. During that evening I asked to speak to a manager about my issues as they were far too numerous but I was told there wasn't one available until Friday. So I told them I wanted an appointment on Friday. Our next morning we went to the restaurant for our included breakfast. Although there were 9 workers from my count and only 4 guests we got zero service at all. Not to mention the food was all cold. Their selection was purely Philippino and very few options either. My kids had toast for breakfast. We then went swimming in their pool. It's a nice view there on top but unfortunately there were no towels for us and the bathrooms were disgusting with no way for us to wipe or clean ourselves. Can't imagine how many get back in the pool like that. Surprisingly, they did have hot water there. When we returned to the room, none of our room keys worked for either room. We got news keys again. Then as we were getting ready to leave I realized that one of the keys they gave me could actually open ANY ROOM IN THE HOTEL. I asked one of the front desk people to accompany me while I showed them and they KNEW they had given me a master key and were ok with it. What ??? Later that morning we left for the day and returned at 430pm. I anticipated meeting the manager upon my return but unfortunately they arrived at 2 and left at 4 and they decided since I left the hotel I didn't need the manager anymore. Upon returning to the room we found out that the room doors were unlocked

High class hotel close to most things in Iloilo city. SM Mandurriao meters away. Easy to get taxi with the help of friendly staff, Megaworld walking distance. Swimmingpool on the 10th floor, gym, good breakfast with a lot to choose from, excellent room reasonably quiet, comfortable bed, good water pressure and warm watwr quickly

The location of Injap is just in front of SM (near overpass). They offer buffet and has blower, microwave, oven, toiletries. Cons: the toilet bowl in our room has stains. The aircon was old, the keys in the ac unit was not working. We were 3 pax but there was only 1 slippers. The toiletries (dental kit, towels, etc) provided were for 2 pax only.

Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe der Nacht-Out-Gebiete, schnelle Lebensmittelkette und ein Mall (SM). Das Hotel war sauber und organisiert. Jedoch ist der einzige Nebeneffekt ihr Mangel an Reaktionsfähigkeit in allen Formen der Kommunikation. Telefonanrufe sind nur ringend, ohne zu beantworten, und ihre Landline, Website und Facebook-Seiten sind gleichermaßen unreagiert. Trotz einer leichten Verzögerung aufgrund eines Problems mit der Schlüsselkarte war der Aufenthalt selbst groß. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Der größte Verkaufspunkt ist der günstige Preis.

Sehr gemütliches Hotel. günstige Übernachtung pro Nacht und freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Es liegt nahe an vielen Geschäften wie Robinsons, geben komfortabele Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Zimmer sind gemütlich und Sie können für tägliche Zimmerreinigung zu höheren Zimmerpreisen zur Verfügung. Die Online-Reservierung ist auch schnell und billig. Würde bald wieder bleiben.
