Hotels mit Frühstück in ses Illetes

Das Hotel hat eine fantastische Lage und die Zimmer einen sensationellen Ausblick. Das Frühstück ist überwältigend. Die Speisen im Restaurant haben mich nicht überzeugt, simpel zubereitet und dementsprechend zu teuer. Es gibt am gesamten Pool leider keine Umkleidekabinen und man kann sich nur in einer beengten Toilette umziehen, dies ist unzumutbar, zumal genügend Platz vorhanden ist um Umkleidekabinen zu errichten. Auch der Fitnessraum entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen Erwartungen, zu klein, wenige Geräte und auch keine Bodenmatten vorhanden. Gerne bin ich bereit dem Hotel entsprechende Vorschläge zu machen.

Es ist mit Abstand die mit am wenigsten schallisolierte Unterkunft, in der ich je genächtigt habe. Man hört leider sehr gut, wann jemand aus einem direkten Nachbarzimmer auf die Toilette geht, und weswegen derjenige dies tut. Ebenso hört man sehr präsent, wenn ein Fön im Nachbarzimmer genutzt wird. Auch wenn jemand sein Zimmer verlässt, fällt die Tür so laut ins Schloss, dass man denkt, ein Schuss wäre gefallen. Da mein Zimmer zum Parkplatz, zu den Mülltonnen und zur Straße hin lag(Zimmernummern x13-x19, wurde ich Mo. - So. zw. 6:55 & 7:10 von der Müllabfuhr piepender Weise geweckt, die Busse rumpelten über eine Erhöhung der Fahrbahn und Auto parkten den ganzen Tag ein und aus. Ob das Fenster offen oder verschlossen war, spielte keine Rolle, es war IMMER laut, als wenn dies alles direkt in meinem Zimmer passierte. Von daher empfehle ich dringend, nur ein Zi. in Richtung Meer zu buchen, oder Ohrstöpsel zu nutzen, welche aber auch nicht 100%ige Nachtruhe gewährleisten konnten. Was schön war, ist der direkte Zugang zum Meer, wo ich gerne nach einem guten, ausgiebigen Frühstück mich erfrischte, bei 20° Wassertemperatur und 23° Lufttemperatur, sehr zu empfehlen. Ansonsten war ich ja zum Arbeiten hier, und war deswegen auf der Insel an schönen Plätzen unterwegs.

Zu Beginn ein paar positive Punkte: Das Zimmer ist sauber mit schöner Sicht (9. Stock Meerblick) und das Personal beim Morgenessen ist sehr schnell. Der Dienstleistungsgedanke ist jedoch nicht existent: - Das Receptionspersonal kann das Buchungssystem nicht bedienen (oder braucht einfach sehr lange). - Das Warten auf das Taxi ähnelt dem Kampf um das letzte Stück Brot, weil die Reception regelmässig vergisst, die Taxis zu bestellen und man von anderen überholt wird, die nach einem das Taxi bestellt haben. Es gilt dann das Prinzip: Survival of the fittest. - Am Pool muss man den Sonnenschirm selber organisieren oder wird darauf hingewiesen, dass man den Sonnenschirm bei anderen Gästen organisieren soll. - Das Highlight ist jedoch eine Security, die mit Schlagstock und Handschellen im Pool Bereich die Gäste darauf hinweist, dass sie nicht auf die kostenpflichtigen Bali-Liegen können und sie wegeskortiert… Sie strahlt wahre Urlaubsatmosphäre aus…

Liebes Hotel Roc Team, mein Aufenthalt war fantastisch!!! Das Zimmer super, auf der Matratze habe ich hervorragend geschlafen. Sea View war wunderschön - danke Sabrina für all die Unterstützung, gerade bei der Anreise. Ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen (bei mir Frühstück und Abendessen) war sehr gut - von allem etwas da. Herzlichen Dank an die super Köche. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!! Sea View was beautiful - thank you Sabrina for all the assistance, especially when I arrived. I felt very comfortable right away. We have just spent an absolutely wonderful week at this beautiful hotel. It was everything we were hoping for. The hotel is in a lovely quiet area (if you want lots of restaurants & bars, this is not the place for you). There are a few mini-markets and a handful of restaurants dotted about, but other than that, it is just other hotels. You can hop on a bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The number 4 bus goes into Palma every 15 minutes or so for €2 per person and takes about 20 minutes. Palma is a beautiful city, so I recommend you do this at least once. The hotel is kept very clean by a team of hard-working staff. We were in a garden bungalow (2 adults & 1 teenager) and it was just the right size for us, with a good sized bathroom and a beautiful view out to the bay. The rooms are cleaned every day. The swimming pools are lovely – the upper one is by the pool bar (which isn’t too badly priced and the food we had (toasties, nachos, pizzas) were very good) and the lower one has a little pool attached to the main one for little people, or just to sit in. There isn’t a huge amount to do for children (no organised entertainment – so again, if this is what you are looking for, you need to stay elsewhere). The hotel also has mini-golf, tennis courts, pool table, if you want a little activity to do whilst you are there. The staff were all very knowledgeable and very helpful. There are a couple of little beaches nearby, but they were completely packed (we were there in the first week of the summer holidays) and most of the beach is taken up with sunbeds which you have to pay to use. It was too busy for my liking, but we did go down later one afternoon (it was still packed) to have a quick dip in the sea and a cocktail from the beach bar (€10 for a porn star martini and it was packed with alcohol!) Food: we stayed on a half-board basis (and I thoroughly recommend doing this). Breakfast was from 7.30 to 10.30 and is a help-yourself buffet. There is so much to choose from and the drinks are all included (they even have Prosecco out on Saturdays & Sundays). You can eat inside or outside on the terrace. The staff work very hard to keep everything topped up and to keep your table clean. We loved the breakfast! The evening meal is in the sister hotel over the road and we found this to be absolutely brilliant. Again, it is a help-yourself buffet and there is so much food to choose from. The pudding selection was absolute heaven! We felt the choice was very good (different options each evening throughout the week) and we found the food to always be served hot. The views of the bay from the window tables are absolutely beautiful and you can watch the cruise ships make their way back out of Palma. The drinks are not included, so they are billed to your room and you pay at the end of your stay, when you check out. We tended to get a bottle of water (€3 each). The waiting staff work hard so that you enjoy your meal – our waiter Wilson was absolutely wonder

Excellent roomy apartment clean food excellent. Staff very attentive Only negative is the entertainment in the bar was not to our choice Think Bon Sol should revisit this and look at the audience. This was our 4th Visit but on this occasion the ambience in the main hotel restaurant was some what spoilt by large noisy groups from Titan. First experience of this.Realize these groups do bring in revenue But can spoil what would be a lovely experience especially when listening to the pianist
