Sehr guter Service; Zimmer top sauber, großes & bequemes Bett, sehr gut funktionierende Dusche; unbegrenzt Frischwasser (im selfservice, aus dem Automaten, sehr praktisch; einziges kleines Defizit: kein Kühlschrank, ansonsten aber alles, was man braucht; das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; value for money 5 Sterne; tolle Lage, direkt an der Robinson's Mall; komme gern wieder

I'm from Iligan but opted to stay with friends for the first time here. The rates were affordable and the hotel provided amenities to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The corridors and hallways were not just clean but smelled great. I am sensitive to mold like smells and strong scents but this was not a problem for me during my stay. Will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

Everything was actually fantastic except finding out we did not have a refrigerator in our room. I am diabetic and require insulin. I needed a refrigerator.

No free slippers and dental kit. Bedsheets not changed on a daily basis. Floors and not vacuumed/swept for consecutive days.

The hotel is quite clean and the personnel are quite friendly and accommodating. It also very accessible bec in this near Robinsons Mall. The only setback is the traffic.

Everything about the room was good.
I just think a deeper clean of the floor as well as the toilet floor & shower room walls (it had some mould) would make it perfect.
Oh they forgot to give me slippers :( which I learned because my colleagues checked in the following day.

Its just right beside tbe mall which you can buy whatever you need something.

Iligan go hotel ok naman ang hindi ko gusto how they scare people by stuffing paper under the door. Tinakot niyo ang tao sa room of what is that crawling yon pala paper. To remind us kong mag extend or not. I hope it's not like that. Paano kong someone who checked in has a heart condition, e di inatake na at namatay sa takot.

Staff are kind and accommodating. Location is great and just beside Robinson mall. I like their dining area in the hall with water dispenser. This way, the smell of the food doesn't stay in the room. 😊
