O hotel está mais para pousada, muito simples, estrutura básica. Apartamento grande, para até 5 pessoas, banheiro bom, camas boas. Mas com pouca privacidade, a janela dá para a varanda que serve de circulação para acesso aos demais apartamentos. Tem uma piscina, uma área externa agradável, mas não tem alimentação além do café da manhã. Então, se você quiser um petisco ou bebida, não tem, ou leva de casa, ou pede de algum restaurante que a recepcionista passa o número do WhatsApp. O café da manhã é muito fraco, pouca variedade, o espaço não comporta os hóspedes.

For the amount of money they charge. the service must be top notch. My family and I felt that they were not a customer-oriented hotel. Small things turned into big headaches. * WIFI did not work on my bedroom when I called the front desk to complain, they told me that I should work from the lobby and that the internet was poor in my room. * We were in Ilhabela for a wedding party and 9AM (on a SUNDAY) on the day after the wedding, we were woken up by the staff for room service. They placed us on the farthest room in the complex in the middle of a construction zone. We were disturbed my the sound of a drill one morning as well due to the construction. * All remote controls did not have batteries. We had to physically go to the lobby and request batteries. Staff had a bowl with a bunch of used batteries and I had to ”fish” for the ”good” batteries. Staff was not friendly. * They pull a scam to charge R$5 reais per 1 beach towel. The hotel should just increase the daily rate by R$5 and make sure that you threat your customer with more than 1 towel per guest per day. We go there to relax and not worry about such ”small” things. We had a boat tour and when we can back, after a all day event, we could not get a fresh towel to enjoy the pool for the rest of the day. Staff was very rude, inflexible, and gave my family a huge headache charging USD $4 for 4 towels. At the end, I fought very hard and fees were voided. For someone on vacation, this is totally not necessary. * Breakfast buffet was nothing much different than an average hotel. Again, for the price, I would expect much more.

Die sehr herzlichen und bereitwilligen Empfangs Mädchen haben uns Informationen über die Insel gegeben, die uns sehr nützlich war. Das sehr komplette Frühstück und die Räume waren unverschämt und immer. Ein ausgezeichneter Ort, um sich im Paradies der Insel zu entspannen. Wir werden sicher zurückkommen. Danke.
