Lack of space and No breakfast considering the price of the room

Small fridge is not available in the room. No electric kettle inside the room. Room key is not the electronic type.

The service is good but they lack of phone connectijn to the house keeping or front desk. Needs to go out to the front desk to ask, no breakfast or food at the hotel. They should hire a bell man to assist. The cleanleness not too much because of the bugs coming inside the lobby, hallway then there's cockroach inside one of the rooms i booked. The toilet bowl that we stayed is broken so they need to fix it ASAP The location is good, near to the mall, other restaurants, cafes and convenient store. Thank you for very accomodating staff, JP Princess and Bex. I hope Dreamwave will imrpove the services to recommend you in the future. Thank you
