"Nein nein. Keine vorhandene Soundproofing, schmutziges Badezimmer. Wie Sie aus den Fotos sehen können, ist der Ort direkt neben einer lokalen Autobahn. Alle Zimmer stehen vor der Straße. Ich konnte nicht einmal eine gute Nacht schlafen - das ganze Zimmer war von den Passagieren geschwürt und durch Geräusche anderer Mieter bombardiert. Sie können Wege billiger in Ikaria mit viel mehr Wert für Geld finden. Suchen Sie für andere Studios als diese."

"When I arrived at the port of Agios Kyrikos there were no taxis available because they were all at the airport. There I was, completely stranded in a strange place, and no idea how I was going to be able to get my luggage to an hotel, on a hill. Lady luck smiled on me and a delightful Swedish family, who were hiring a car, offered to drive me to my hotel. I will forever be grateful to George who took me and carried my luggage up the stairs into the hotel for me. Before this point, I was beginning to feel that I had made a mistake choosing this place. However the wonderful staff at the hotel, made me feel so welcome - we ended up having lots of long chats. Georgia, Toti and Olibia for manager needs to value you, because as the front of house staff you make this hotel work! Great recommendations for things to do, restaurants to visit. calling taxis and just making life easier for you visitors and me in particular have been very appreciated. Then there's Therma that you recommended. I loved it there too and it made such a difference to the pains that I suffered at Athens airport on arrival. I cannot thank you enough for making my time at Kastro so happy and enjoyable."

"Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer im ersten Stock mit Blick auf das Meer. Hinter unserem privaten Außenbereich gab es eine Terrasse, von der aus wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang beobachteten, bevor wir zu einem der vielen Restaurants in der Nähe gingen. Viel Platz für unseren Mietwagen. Gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Sehr sauber und gut gelegen."

"Have no idea what people find wrong with this hotel, perfect as only 5 min walk to the dock area with all the bars and restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets, please remember this is not the mainland so no large supermarkets, but prices still good. Back to the hotel the Staff were great and friendly, rooms perfect, remember your only sleeping here it’s not your home. Cleaned every day and spotless, balcony is small but lovely to sit out on. There was a good size fridge and the best supply I’ve ever had off hot water for washing anytime of the day lovely hot water. Only one little thing, they do not have a lift, they have a small internal luggage lift but not to be used by guests. There are a lot of stairs, from the front of the hotel up to reception is a large flight of steep steps. But it’s a hilly island so you won’t find a lot of flat land, if you’re not great on your feet or don’t like steps this might not be the right island for you. The island is amazing but only has one issue, getting around, there is no public transport at all, there are taxis but super expensive airport to this hotel €60 I understand why as it’s not a easy island to get round. I would suggest hiring a car the roads are very good, but don’t trust google maps. Plenty of hire car firms, mine met me off my flight the day I arrived. You could go local and hire a moped also, very popular. So to sum it up great island, great people and great hotel. Enjoy."

"The hotel is close to good beaches, such as Mesakti, also convenient is the fact that it has parking, rare for Ikaria.. Clean with super comfortable mattress and pillows, I had such a good sleep! It also has a wonderful well-kept yard with flowers and greenery, sea view with a beautiful balcony in the room, pool for swimming-drinking-relaxing. The only thing I didn't enjoy enough was the breakfast, the buffet had a lot of variety but I can't forget the dry slices of bread or even slices of toast without any other bread as I managed one day.. the breakfast was not worth it for 20 euros a day for the couple, but in all the rest it is worth it and I highly recommend it"

"Whilst this hotel is 1,5 kilometres out of evdilos it is a quaint hotel that is good value The rooms are tidy and the pool area is amazing Love the pool area The staff were good but had to ask the front desk to ask they’re maintenance staff to stop work at 745 pm at nite We had a nice breakfast and a coffee at the pool For some reason it had to be paid at the front desk in two different amounts Same hotel Would go back again Great value"

"Nach einer tiefen Reise in Griechenland können wir sagen, dass dies die beste Unterkunft der Art war, die wir erlebt haben. Wir waren nur 3 Nächte dort und es war glücklich. Es war ungewöhnlich, aber außergewöhnlich, in Bezug auf Bau und Konzept, und unsere Suite hatte absolut erstaunliche Aussichten auf Samos, Fournoi und Patmos. Der Pool war ein willkommen und hervorragender Bonus. Unsere Frühstücksbuffet waren hervorragend. Dusche hatte guten Druck. WLAN gut. Das Zimmer hatte einen Fan und Luftkon. Das Zimmer war schön geklebt. Und es wäre ein Verzicht, nicht zu kommentieren der warmen, willkommenen und ausgezeichneten Beitrag von Eri der komplexen ‘Manager’, die einfach nicht großzügiger mit ihrer Zeit und hilfreich gewesen sein konnte. Es gibt nichts, was diese Unterkunft ungutmachen kann. Allerdings ist das „ Dorf“ ein fairer Weg „auf“ und während es nach Agios und zurück ( wir haben es zweimal in einem Tag getan) ist es ein Kampf. Ich würde sicherlich nicht gern Taschen dort hineinlegen und es ist nicht für diejenigen mit Mobilitätsproblem. Und versuchen Sie es nicht in hohen Hügeln ! Taxis können (5 € auf eine Weise) in/von Agios und dem Hafen reserviert werden, aber es ist schwer, nachts zu kommen, so dass Sie, wenn Sie am Abend hinunter gehen, bereit sind, wieder auf den Kampf zu kämpfen. Allerdings können Lebensmittel leicht bestellt werden ( von 3+ Restaurants in. Agios) und werden an Ihre Unterkunft’s Tür geliefert. Ikarian Wein, Ikarian Bier und gefülltes Wasser können von der Rezeption gekauft werden. Wenn Sie für eine gewisse Zeit bleiben, brauchen Sie wahrscheinlich ein Auto."
