Recently stayed at this resort in igatpuri. I was amazed by the location of this property, was able to experience mountains and amazing weather from my window itself. Rooms are also very spacious. Food was yum in taste. Do stay here whenever you’re in Igatpuri

Excellent place to enjoy weekends.! One of my friends recommend about this resort, so we booked 3 villa all the villa was spacious neat and clean ,in one word we can say it was pocket friends staff was very polite and humble we stay here for 2 night must visit with family .

It’s a pathetic experience , jo pic and review hum dekh ker hotel gaye , us ke ek dum different tha sab, hume laga hum ne swarg dekh ker book kiya nikal narak , staff non supportive , staff ko farak hi nahi padta aap kitne pareshan hai, wifi band , phon band , no room service aap ko kuch chaiye to bar bar reception per jana padta hai, tawel ek dum kharab no toiletries in the bathroom. And no maintenance in the property waha aisa lagta hai hotel wale hume rakh na hi nahi chahte hai waha , hum jabarjasti waha ruke hai.

I never seen such a horrible resort in my life. Rooms & Villa's conditions were too bad & savvy, we can’t stay. The basic things were missing e: g soap, shampoo, towels etc. At the time of booking they showed us rosy picture but in reality it was zero. We were helpless and on their mercy as they had taken full payment from us. But I am not going to spare them. Planning to file a criminal suit against them for breach of contract. The purpose of writing this review to alert other people, never ever book this resort for wedding or even for short stay coz the maintenance of this resort is zero. Furniture and other things are ADAM JAMANE KA. No renovation done for last so many years. Mattress, pillow are too hard & having foul odor. When we complain to their manager, she simply reply saying sorry & gave her one of the Directors number Mr. Rana Sethi. I talk to him & he hired a day & told me that he will talk to the manager & come back within 2 day time. He did not bother to call me. Again after two days I called him but he did not pick my call. After some time he sent me an audio conversation with his manager. After listening the audio I was shocked & surprised. Thru his audio he threatened me regarding non- payment of GST & Income Tax. He was asking his manager to ask the party to pay GST first to avoid penalty & Interest. But that poor fellow ( Mr Sethi) has a very poor knowledge of GST. GST Liability is always on Service providers not on Service Recipient. They were supposed to pay GST as and when we paid him advances. He was also discussing about black money assuming that we had paid in cash. Our entire payment was done thru bank transfer. In fact he will be in trouble for not issuing the proper bill to us in spite our payment thru bank transfer. He hiding his revenue to avoid tax. So guys be careful while dealing with RainForest Resort’s personnel. At the time of booking, we had highlighted so many issues & their reply was Sir, don’t worry “Aap ka event ke pehle sab thik ho jayega” but in reality it was worse than what we saw. 10 mint drive from Igatpuri hill station it was a pleasant atmosphere at mansoon time The food was good ,pure veg resort Love the location and the atmosphere Hospitality from front desk team was top notch We enjoyed the stay my kids enjoyed a lot at swimming pool and game zone we will recommend to other and request them to visit at mansoon time .
