Rakabi the Fern, Igatpuri

I had been to Rakabi "The Fern" hotel in Igatpuri with my family for a short 2 nights trip. We had a Mesmerizing experience at The Fern and following are the experiences: *LOCATION:* The hotel/resort is very well connected to the main Mumbai Agra highway. 2 mins distance from the city area. *RECEPTION AND LOBBY* They have a very beautiful reception and we get a warm welcome with a welcome drink. Deepak and Shakuntala at Reception are very helpful they guided us with the required facilities and the places around to be visited and the small trek behind the resort with which we can be close to the mountains and be 1 with nature. *PARKING* There are around 30+ car parking inside their premises, you can just park and in 2 mins you are at the reception. *AMENITIES* They have *in house Game zone* where you have variety of indoor games where you can spend 1-2 hours easily. Their *Swimming Pool* is so neat and clean and at a funtastic location from where you can see the magnificent mountains and green zones with music going on in the background. They have provided with a person who is taking care of the pool area, cleaning is happening continuously and basic required necessities are provided by the resort. *PLAY GROUND* area where many families were playing singing and having a gala time together. *BADMINTON COURT* They have a nice badminton court and resort provides all the sport materials like racket, shettle, etc. *CLEANLINESS* The rooms are very clean, the main entrance and Looby is very beautifully made. The room service is also good. Centralized Ac is powerful and is working fine. *FOOD* We were first thinking not to take breakfast and dinner here but after reading some of the reviews we booked the rooms with Breakfast and Dinner and were very happy for this good descision. They have a huge variety of food items at all meals. Whatever we tasted there was tasty. My entire family decided to come here again specially for buffet they provided. We give 5 out of 5 to them. Subhash and Bhumika at the restaurant were very welcoming and gave us perfect service. Because of their great table service we had a funtastic experience at the restaurant. We would surely like to applaud for the chef's they have who are making so tasty varieties of 5 course meals. *LIVE KAROKE PERFORMANCE* On weekends they have live Singing performance done by Sandeep the person sings beautifully and makes your evenings very enjoyable. *OTHER THINGS* 1: Evening tea & coffee are complimentary. 2: The crowd at the resort was also very nice. We made many friends. 3: Good WiFi in rooms IGATPURI is a small place where you can enjoy the Vipassana meditation centre, be a part of nature, close to Tryambakeshwar Jyotirlinga, Boat Club in Nashik, and nice roads, but being at The Fern will enhance your staying experience even more. I visited Rakabi, The Fern with my family and had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and took care of all our needs. Food variety was really amazing and enjoyed the delicacies. The rooms were very spacious and a mesmerizing mountain view to top it all. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and I look forward to my next visit. Superb place to stay, very humble and supportive staff, food quality is great. Very accessible from highway. Will surely Recommend this place. Beat getaway for family and friends. Lush green lawn and facilities like club house and gym, swimming pool are already available.

It was a perfect blend of comfort and nature.The rooms were spotless, and the staff ensured everything was well-maintained. The infinity pool overlooking the valley plus good turf to enjoy the evening was a highlight. Food could have been more better including some light snacks would be appreciated.

Had a wonderful stay with family. Kudos to Mr Santosh and all hotel staff for taking very good care of all guests. I would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a staycation or outing. All the hotel staff is very supportive and take good care of the guests.
