Hotel Viñas Queirolo

I went to the hotel with my family. We were 4 grown ups and 2 children and we all had a blast. The whole experience was great. The whole hotel was very charming and cozy. It felt like you were going back in time. The pools were heated and loved they had pools for children, families and adults only. Food was delicious and also the drinks. Staff was friendly and helpful. Always ready to assist you. My only recommendation would be providing water at the gym.

Everything was very nice. It was an unforgettable experience. The Vyneyard tour, the landscape and the wine tasting were spectacular. We enjoy the places at all times. The food and the enviroment are so good. It was a relaxing trip that I strongly reccomend.

It is a wonderful place though you might say it is a bit too clinical. From the outside the premises look like a prison with big walls and watch towers. So much so that you only get in with a reservation. We were there with the Peaks of the Andes rally with classic cars. For dinner we were put up in a crematorium room (with so much echo, you couldn’t hear each other) and with the airco full on. The dinner itself tasted ok However the next morning most of us had to spend a lot of time on the private cabinet. The staff was not receptive to our comments regarding the contaminated food. Breakfast was very basic. With yellowish “orange juice” and brown water as a substitute for coffee. The scrambled eggs were instant made from powder. Still a suite nice place overall in Perú.

This is our favorite hotel, have been at least 5 times and plan to keep going. Not only do we love the wine, we love the environment and the amiable, well trained staff. The wine tour has changed since the first time we went and I highly recommend it to see the new fields and learn about the production. Make sure you take plenty of bug spray on the tour! The heated family pool is lovely and there is a jacuzzi, supposedly for adults only but some parents disregard the rules, which makes it difficult for the staff that have to chase children out! Too bad the adult pool on the Querolo side isn't heated. The buffet breakfast is varied and plentiful and the food at the Intipalka restaurant is delicious. I did not find one thing I didn't like. A great feature are the chimneys at night! Tip: if you want tranquility, try to go when schools are not on vacation.

The hotel is set in a pisco vineyard 1 hour from Paracas and 3 hours from Nazca If you can fit it in I would highly recommend a visit Pros Location in the vineyard backed by the mountains is stunning The grounds are beautiful The hotel has two pools outdoor bars a tennis court and wine tasting Free bikes to cycle around the vineyard Food in the restaurant is excellent quality and value Home grown wine is excellent and incredible value! Cons Rooms maybe a bit rustic but again they compliment the setting and style No mini bar Breakfast good but not superb Dint speak a lot of English I’m being picky this is a top place I would go again without hesitation 9/10 maybe 9.5

Bad service 1.-No one has a knowledge of wines , the experience itself is to enjoy the place and knowledge really matter for their staff 2.-Food is very poor , very basic the bf , no kettle in the room and not mini bar either 3.-The intipalka terrace service was the worst , one day the waiter told us to sit near to him so he don’t walk so far to take care of us ,1st day salchipapa come with 6 pieces of sausages , 2nd day 8 pieces and the 3rd day with 5, food is coming form far away sometimes cover and sometimes not , maybe someone was hungry 3.-In the restaurant the wine is placed in the ice bucket in the top of your table , nobody is serving you 4.-Please don’t ask for the bread basket , is frozen than they warm up 5.-Hk was the doing a great job and the staff who is scorning you til your room as well very friendly and attentive Becker , Renzo was great , you should train your people to be like them ! Definitely I am the person that would like to come back after a review to see if something change because this is just a feedback to help the industry to became better and to do better than yesterday
